Remarks

The management of the college is very poor and the students are often neglected the management is often incapable to manage even the trivial of issues no word of the management can be considered to be final as it keeps on changing.

Entrance Preview

KIIT University conducts its own entrance test for admission to various courses which are offered. I scored rank of 635 in the test conducted for Law School this college was preferred by me given the fact this university is one of the best Deemed University in the state in which I reside.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Coming to the curriculum, the course for general subjects is good enough. But when it comes to specialization then it is disappointing. The course for my honors (International Law) is very poor in comparison to courses offered by other colleges. The condition of faculties is very poor as most of them are not offered the subject in which they have their specialization. Also many of the faculties are not able to deliver either because of the fact that they are not able to prepare or they are not capable. Whereas 10-15 faculties are exceptionally good. But majority of the faculties are not upto the expectation.

Internships Opportunities

The college doesn't provide any internship generally only if the students approach and keep on pestering then the college gets an internship arranged for them basically the college fixes internship mainly in Insurance companies.

Placement Experience

2.5

The placement percentage is 80-85 % of the students sitting for the placements insurance companies like Reliance Insurance, Future Generali, Bajaj Allianz etc and LPO's like Quislex, Mindcrest etc come for placements and also some law firms and companies.

College Events

3

In this aspect i would like to rate the college and also the university 8.5/10. Various national and international level competitions are held by the university and national level competitions by the school of law. Competitions like Trial Advocacy, Parliamentary Debate, MUN (Model United Nations) are held successfully annual Festival is held every year for a period ranging from 3-4 days covering sports, literature and cultural events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is sort of feasible the fees for my batch was 12,50,000 for the entire course of 5 years including lodging and food expenses the Hostel facilities are good as per the amount charged (30,000-lodging + 30,000-food) but the food quality as well as hygiene is highly disappointing.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship or loan is offered by the college except for the scholarship offered to the batch topper that is a sum of Rs. 12,500.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is satisfactory as the in time for the hostelers is maximum 8PM gender ratio is almost 1:1 there are Parliamentary debate society, Moot Court Society, NSS Society(Social Causes) and various other cultural societies all of these societies are fully functional and work efficiently.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network as such but the senior students with whom we are in touch help us a lot be it internships or academic related stuff.
