Likes

Teacher are very qualified and they provide practical very much.
The infrastructure of the college is also good especially the paintings
There is a workshop for students which has various equipment for the study and practical knowledge

Dislikes

There is no facility for parking of students they ask for money for getting our vehicle parked
The canteen is not good enough and have limited items and also in high price
The sanitation facility of the bathroom is also not good

The syllabus as per the current scenario also both theoretical and practical knowledge is given in the curriculum there are also various projects done to enhance practical knowledge of students.exams are held every semester

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As of my diploma of automobile engineering th e semester fees is 21000 and also examination fees is 800 also taken every semester.there is alp facility of PM's for sc st students which provides their fees by Punjab government

Campus Life

Campus size 11 acre is the classes are well equipped with projector and fan also the sports and ncc department are very good but sports department work rarely only during some functions.there are no clubs in the college.and there is also a medical emergency store

Admission

Admission was taken very smoothly and there was no interest test. Offline application forms but submitted for the admission process. After the submission of the documents the first semester fees was submitted for the admission fees in in advance

A well-rounded diploma experience at LPU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 4 out of 5 for relevence and comprehensiveness. It focused on core mechanical subjects, practical labs, and workshops, which helped me choose this course. The curriculum prepares student for jobs and higher studies. Exams conducted regularly and are of modern difficult. However, there ia still scope for improvement. More industry exposure, interships, and advanced machine- based training could further enhanced the curriculum. Overall, the course is relevant well-planned, and suitable for sudents aiming for techanical skills and career growth in mechanical engineering

1.There is many reasons for not attending this College frist is covid 19 is a biggest problem to attending the college. The best polytechnic of North India

Mehr Chand Polytechnic college Jalandhar. Is a very prestigious college in North India. It has won the award of the best polytechnic college of North India for the straight 3 times in a while from 2017 to 2020. This college has very good teaching staffs and has collaborated with many international universities as well for the development of education in the college. The admission process is really easy and the admission staff is very friendly. They are known for producing very good diploma holder engineers. And they also focus on practical knowledge of the students and introduces very new events and process of our development. But the disadvantage is that they don't have a lunch break for students and also irritate you until you submit your college fees of a particular semester before final exams.
