Course Curriculum Overview

The Curriculum is very wonderful and the study materials are very interesting and the proper guidance of the faculty members helped me to study the course very properly and I was improved in various cuisines and the way of teaching influenced me very well so that it has become very easy for me to study and being confident in the exams.

Placement Experience

The college has provided various packages of placements in various places regarding Culinary and I have visited the ITC ROYAL BENGAL and Oberoi Grand and both of them are so well humored and I loved to work there at any section of the hotel and I was provided the fair average package of placement from the college and my dream is to go to another hotel for my job career.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college has provided many internships and placements and for that I am very much excited to work along with that and the tuition fees is moderate and also I have received stipend from my training in hotel and I was in the responsibility of all the works in the banquet kitchen and the campus employment has provided me various job roles for the betterment in my success and future.

Campus Life

The college has conducted many cultural functional events for the freshers regarding various courses and those events helped me very well to gather various knowledge regarding everything in the college and the college library has an excellent number of books regarding various courses and I study those books everyday for gaining knowledge and for excelling in exams.

Admission

Nshm Knowledge Campus is a very excellent campus as because of the nice environment and the well tempered behavior of the faculty members encouraged me to carry out all the work in the kitchen and I had the desire to study with cookery and that why I am admitted to this college because I like this very much

Build a Career with NSHM Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Most of students get more than 2 placements. They placement is over in 1 Month and now a lot of students are being placed in Europe, USA, Mauritius with a very good package. They are also placing students in Retails, FMCG, Entertainment and other areas. But i think the fee that we pay, we can get back only in third year when students can go for Internship, as they can earn more than 6-7 Lakhs and palcements is just too good.

NSHM Hotel and Tourism Management, Durgapur - A Place to Study

Placement Experience:

Students are given placements before the final year. A lot of companies come with Oberoi, Taj, Marriott and others. International Placements is done through companies who conduct online interviews, but i dont know what paramters they ask in interview. But placements is 100%. Placements in India is around 4LPA while International it is more than 12-15 LPA

I choose this college over the other colleges because cost and quality of education was a significant fact with some colleges had higher tuition fees. My college provide similar Academy facilities at a more affordable cost with a easy of admission procedure. This college has a wide range of programmes, making it easier to choose my interest in. I was very confused with my course choosing only because I'm from science bckground and now totally into business field. This decision actually had few steps. Like I was very interested towards agriculture but in kolkata there were no proper agriculture institute so it was in the exterior side of kolkata for which i had to shift so i made a choice that it would be best to study from LPU punjab as its the best.
