Remarks

Well the management is one of the worst and most crooked that I have ever seen and I believe my remarks about the college are clear from the above answers this is my experience.

Entrance Preview

I did not take any examinations the admission was based on money and money only some guys even had to pay large amount of money to get in.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

It is the curriculum of Bharathiar University, and is completely outdated and utterly useless in the industry. I don't know why Bharathiar is still using the same outdated syllabus when you pass out and face the industry after the course, I am convinced that you will find everything they taught you as a waste and I say this because, this is what i have been told by countless people who studied under the same syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

We our selves would have to come up with internships the college only provides a bonafide certificate and we ourselves would have to search for the internships sometimes, if we are lucky enough to get a good faculty, then that faculty may help us get an internship.

Placement Experience

5

Well the placements are the only reason I see to get enrolled into the college and then again only a very few people join the companies they are placed in because the salaries are unreliable while its understandable that you can't and won't expect good salary on placements, the companies calling you up at the last minute and telling you that the salary will be even lesser than what they promised initially is a whole different thing but you will get placed if you have a good enough confidence and attitude and that's good for experience I guess then again.

College Events

3.5

The festivals are the only thing that you can call grand in the college of course you're gonna have to pay a fee for it or else you're not gonna get your hall ticket and these festivals are the things that draw students into the college every year well you have to admit that it is a very good marketing strategy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is cheaper than many of the other colleges in coimbatore, but there are gonna be many hidden fees that they don't tell you about in the beginning. I personally think that that fees given for the Visual Communication course in this college is money wasted but what you will get is 3 year in which you are free to do anything, and if you are talented and dedicated enough you can do something yourself.

Fees and Financial Aid

All the college doesn't offer loan facility you would have to contact your bank for that but what the college does do is return the tuition fee back to you if you get a university rank.

Campus Life

2.5

Well you won't get a college life that you always wanted the extracurricular activities are good. The labs for the Visual Communication department are totally scrap and does not have equipment it all looks good but has nothing. They have cameras and studio flashes which the students don't get to use there is a recording studio with no working equipment. The is a video editing suit which has two Macs but no student will every touch them they have a theater for film screening with a malfunctioning LCD projectors and two ahuja Speakers. I stress this again, Ahuja Speakers. But the AC is very chill.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Well I wouldn't know much about the hostel as I am a day scholar but I do know that the annual hostel fee is 55000 (As per my knowledge) but after the first year all the students will move out and find rental rooms or houses and the mess food as my friend

Alumni/Alumna

Any student passing out will probably never set foot on that campus again unless he or she absolutely needs to.

Exam Structure

Whether they complete the syllabus or not the exams will be on time you can't really call it hectic as you won't really care that it is an exam the college would be more worried about whether you wear your ID card, and that you shave than about you writin

Faculty

0.5

Honestly the faculties are not very good they are all qualified on paper, but have very less knowledge and the only two teachers (that I know of) who were very knowledgeable and experienced recently resigned because they couldn't take the other faculty an

Nutrition and Dietetics department educate the public on healthy eating. Studying nutrition and Dietetics helps individual develop valuable skills in communication, problem solving, research and analytical thinking. Opportunity includes research and development for new food products. The department can lead to careers in universities as professors or research scientist. In the exam, if we want to finish within the time they mention, we should set a time for each question and write accordingly; then only it will be possible to complete it easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose bsc computer science because I'm interested in IT jobs and want become a developer. The syllabus is useful for real world learning and it covers important basics. i found subjects like c programming very helpful for understanding core concepts. the curriculum is decent but it needs more practical sessions and better lab facilities. the software and systems in the lab should also be updated. we follow a semester system, and the exams test both theory and practical knowledge. overall the course is good, but more hands on training would make it even better.
