Likes
- I liked college placements which is from 5th semester. Some of the product based companies will also come for placements like ZOHO, AMAZON, etc which will have very high package. The package will be above 15 lakhs. So I feel that college is good.
- The second thing I liked the most was friends. Here we will find some good people as a friend they will help you in all situations. If you afford a hostel facility the you are the luckiest person. There will be more entertainment in hostel.
- The third thing is you will get a friendly teachers.
Dislikes
- I dont like some of the management rules
- The college is too strict which is only a worrying factor.
- They will expect you to be in perfect in all.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have been very much interested in programming since my childhood days. 1:35 will be the faculty: student ratio in our college which may vary according to the recruitment process. M.E and Ph.D. are the qualifications of the faculty and their teaching method is very practical nowadays, They use smart classes, and computer labs for teaching. It is very easy to pass internal exams if we study well
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester itself, the students will get an opportunity to place in a company. TCS, Wipro, and Accenture are some of the companies that come every year for placements. The highest package will be Rs.10,00000 and the average will be Rs,4,00000. 90 percent of students get placed. To get a good company life is my plan.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees will be hiked according to the management policy. The policy says it will be hiked every two years If the student gets above 90% in the 12th board exam, he may avail fully free merit scholarship.
Campus Life
The life will be peaceful inside the college campus. Every February, they will conduct a talent fest and also some cultural events. The sports events will be conducted like cricket, football, kabaddi, and some indoor games. Many clubs are there like cricket club, EVS club, etc
Hostel Facilities
For every class, the class advisor is responsible for the whole students in the class. The food will be quite good in the college canteen and the hostel also. The registration process for the Hostel is given in the application form or you may visit the college website. I stayed in a good hostel.
Admission
Saranathan College of Engineering(SCE) is affiliated with Anna University. 1. Students with 10th, and 12th qualifications with at least 50% of marks can get eligibility with either two quotas. One is the Counselling quota and the other is the management quota. 2. Interested students can find the application form on the Saranathan College of Engineering website, The application fee is just Rs.100 and the course fee is rs,50000 per year. The application dates start from May 5th to 11th September 2024. 3. If the students want to avail themselves of reservation benefits, they have to submit either the state or central reservation certificates. For SC/ST canditates, the application form is free. 4. It will be useful for students if they reduce the fee structure.
