Likes

faculty for different subjects by our own is some what nice concept but friends are not constant in all classes but I can manage that for studies
Hostel is good ,4 bedded and ac .I got good roommates to hangout
Sports options are so good ,we can play any game we want

Dislikes

Sometimes mess food but it was good overall
This college is far from city so transportation is somewhat a task to consider
We have to lot of permissions to go out from college

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science is demanding course and I don't have much options apart from that so I took cse.Faculty was very good in teaching and most of them are graduated in good colleges.Exams are of 3 hours and not that much difficult to pass , if we put some effort we can definitely pass.

Placements were good for this college,at present only 3 batches are graduated from our college so I don't that much but there is good talk about placements . companies will come to this college to select students. I am still a fresher,I didn't got my placement yet.

Fees and Financial Aid

I came from EAMCET exam so 70k for studies and 110 k for bed and 80 k for food is my fee structure. Scholarship means due to JVD scheme I don't have to pay 70k fee. I am still a fresher so I didn't got job Yet

Campus Life

My life is ok at college, I need to go to classes and then labs and then to the room. social life means I have many friends here so I will hang out with them in the evenings. There are so many clubs and they conduct many cultural activities here mostly.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility are much better here . I choose 4 bedded room and non veg mess.Room facility is very good and coming to mess I was not that particular it was good sometimes and not sometimes so we have to adjust sometimes

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

I am from Andhra Pradesh so I came to vit ap through AP EAMCET examination. I got around 4k rank so through counseling I got computer science and business systems branch in btech in vitap (I am general category so I don't have reservation)but due to JVD scheme by AP CM ,I don't have to pay fee to studies. Next I second counseling I shifted to core cse branch in same college. Apart from that coming to hostels 110k for bed (4-bedded)and 80k for food( non veg mess) . Hostel fee changes according to our choices.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam.
