Likes

The study which was provided by the faculty was quite good and friendly
There are events and sports activities in which students and can excel in their personal interests.
The library and facilities provided in the college is quite good and scholarships were also provided to the students who study well and cannot afford to study

Dislikes

The faculty feels biased in the way the give marks in the mid term and record marks for internals and externals.
The bus journey from college and house was quite long and it was bit annoying
The food in the canteen was quite high in which every student cannot afford in the daily basis.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Computer science and engineering so that at that it was more booming and there were many opportunities among the software. The faculty and the student ratio was 1:15. Every faculty should have done M.Tech with specialization on the subject therewere teacher and after each classes review were taken that how was class and if students has any doubts. In every engineering colleges there 8 semesters comprising of 2 mids in each semesters and the difficulty of the exam was moderate.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was 45000 apart from bus charges and at my year there was no hike in the fees it was same as the year before. We got a scholarship from the government which was Vidya deevana and government pays 70% of the study fees and there were placements and drives and I got job in Amazon Non IT with a stipend of 15000 per month

Campus Life

There was festival named Kietprime which was once in a year and many actors will visit and many more tech fest were also conducted and they are conducted at the year 1st quarter. There is a big library in which there are many books and jounals in which each and everyone student can avail. The amenities in classrooms is very good. The sports tournaments and extra curriculum activities would happen once in a year and each student gets opportunities. The social groups are NSS , Rotaract club which is of all donations.

Admission

The admission process goes in the way after completion of intermediate exam there will be exam named EAMCET which is multiple choice questions. After that from getting results which is in form of ranks. We have to do counselling which is in three phases and we can choose colleges of our own interest and the application fees was 1200 and was in three dates. There were no reservation benefits. I think that in this all the colleges they should takesl classes about it so that students will get idea.

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

College life is most memorable

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.

Brief about college

Firstly I choose this college for the course availability and the fee structure for the course .At the time of joining , we don't have the course in any other college in our AP. The application process is very simple and we have to give Eamcet results by pdfs and some other details such as Name , Intermediate TC . if we get good rank ,they will accept . 1. I have got admission in Vignan college in Vizag, but in that college AIDS college is not available .So that I have choosen kakinada Institute of engineering and technology with AIDS course and with good fee structure. 2.yes , I have rejections from fee colleges .every college have their own cut off regarding rank . 3.In our college ,upto 90000 rank students who are eligible .
