Likes

The faculty is good, atmosphere is also good and encouraging, the overall vibe is good
There are alot of events happpening day to day which is good for overall development
The college also provide regular counselling to solve issuues

Dislikes

The playing area is short and sports is not encouraged here

This course is a good oevrall fit for students who have interest in the field of architecture the faculty ratio is 1/ 5students the faculty is good with mostly having masters from a reputed university the semester exams will be every 5 months and the difficulty is moderate

the college does not provide any internship or job opportunities so dont expect anything from college , but they guide you whenever u need them the overall projects are residential and rectreational .overall great

Fees and Financial Aid

the total fees is 1.2L /year and the overall fee hike per year is around 5-10% the university offers various scholarships and financial assistance. All details can be accessed through edistrict Delhi website the placement is close to none. which is pretty expected

the college has diwali mela and tech fets every year the library is big and contains alot of books the classrooms are ac and projector integrated the campus does not have proper sports area and playing area apart the extra activies arer good

Admission

the eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board in 10+2 in PCM as main subjects. One needs to visit the official website of ggsipu and register and upload the required documents and pay the application fees of INR1500. the dates are from january to February of every month The total seats are 80 for this course out of which 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi students rest are for outside Delhi.

Name of companies: google, Microsoft, TATA, RELIANCE, ZOMATO, ACCENTURE, GAIL, HPCL, DE SHAW, FLIPKART, AMAZON, MEESHO, L&T etc. More than 90% students get placed from all branches Highest packages offered around 1Cr. We can get placed in government sector too after clearing exams We are also eligible to get seat in other IITs for higher studies with a CPI of 7.5

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my father is an foreman at a constrution site and he always shows me drawings of their site which motivate me to make this type of drawings so i choose Architecture. Some things should change is course curriculum as some subjects like structures should increase their credits bcoz of a more struggle to learn like architectural design. Their is good timing of exams but more days to take whole subjects. it took almost a month to complete 9 subjects exams.

I would rate 4 out 5 as it is a hardworking subject or course. U need a good design skills and imagination skills and u have also aware with school subject like physics and maths. It is difficult to give exam of architecture as it use terminology .

Remarks:

This college is good for study purpose but not good for extracurricular activities or social life. This is a typical architecture school. Which only focused to the studies, Classes and attendance.
