A student's review

Actually, I chose this course cause I wanted to do something regarding the medical field. Faculty are friendly and try their best to improve in every way. The faculty are mostly PhD holders or PG holders and their are easily understandable yet will be tough for Tamil medium students. Term exams here are called sessional exams which are conducted twice or thrice in a semester. Which are quite tough but can go through it easily.

If you are friendly with the staffs, they provide us ideas in many ways about internship. They college mostly conduct seminar based internships which are great to gather information about the course and subjects. They give a major project on our last year which helps us in many ways to add up on our resume.

8th semester students are eligible for the campus interview, those who have no arrears in the past semesters. They are maximum of 6 companies made in the campus interview. Highest package a company offered is 25k a month. Most of 80% students are getting placed. My plan is to get into industry related work.

The fees is quite expensive but a decent one comparing other colleges. A donation amount is added on the first year (not to all the 4 yrs). I am still a student in here, so about the scholarship, there are many ways upto the research I did. According to my seniors, the campus interview were good and helpful.

There will not be many cultural events, but there are many seminar things occuring often. There is only one cultural and sport even for a year. They will ask you a amount for book fees which is not included in the tuition fees. The books are used ones which will be passed onto next batches regularly. Classrooms are good, they have developed all the projectors into 3d TV, which is way much useful. The classrooms are decent and neat not so fancy like in movies. Sports are played among seniors and juniors and certificates will be issued. The important point: Phones are not allowed in the classroom, the phone locker is available in each classrooms to submit their phones and get it back in the evening.

This college takes in students by both management quota as well as councelling method. The admission process is simple yet takes long time compared to other Colleges. Eligibility for this course is to complete 12th std. Application form can be either get from online or offline in college. Reservation benefits are simple, cause of you have applied then you should wait but you will definitely get in. Improvements to be seen in the application process is to fasten the process, cause it takes so much time than comparing all other ones.
