Faculties and their way of teaching the students.
Infrastructure of the college campus and it's extracurricular activities.
My course is the best course as if you'll take this, it'll increase your knowledge and other skills too.

Dislikes

No sports matches take place in the college campus.
Their buses get late in the afternoon mostly

Course Curriculum Overview

I've chosen this course as it has vast opportunities and new learning. The faculties here are good at teaching and have a good bond with students too. In our department faculties are much qualified as they've done PhD in English. They teach each and every thing perfectly. Term exams were at their specific timing and it was easy to pass them.

Class Size: 16Course Fees: INR 17000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees as per the course is understandable but asking for each and every semester fees before it's start isn't a good policy. I didn't got any kind of Scholarship, Financial Assistance and job on campus with stipend.

Campus Life

There was one zest named 'Goonj2023' and one tech fest also. Related to my course which is B.A. English Honors, there are no books provided in the library. Amenities in classroom are good. Sports matches never took place in our college playground. Extracurricular activities are done in the campus like singing (in which I took part), dancing, ramp walk, theatre, etc.

Admission

Admission process was good. Basically I took one scholarship exam which didn't effected as I took late admission, it's application process was good I got into the cut off but it didn't helped in further studies.

JGU is delightful place!!

Placement Experience:

Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was influenced because I wanted to study more about how a person makes decisions, form perception and how a person's mind works . The curriculum prepares us for real world as we study about different aspects of psychology. The curriculum can be improved a little by adding a elective course in which we can get a little experience and arranging trips . The exams are not too difficult or too easy , just in perfect depth of the subject.
