Overall college experience is nice. Highlight about college is placement and it was awesome. I like this college, staff and management. 5 star rating given for this college.

Entrance Preview

I have taken admission for BE after my 12th standard in 2010. No interview process was followed. Entrance exam was given is CET. I select Electronics and Telecommunications branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum of E&tc is very good. Well focus on practical learning. College research on newly invented concepts like Artifical Intelligence.

Internships Opportunities

Good internship facility available in this college. In last sem of Engineering students got internship in some companies with no stipend. I have 6 months internship experience in techybirds.

Placement Experience

Placement scenario was very good.90% students got placed every year with good company and package. Wipro, TCS visited in campus with 4-5 lpa.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is high for BE in this institute as its well maintained and good college. My fee for BE is 70000 per year. It is same for all. It is not affordable to all students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is clean and good. Fee for hostel is 60000. Food quality is nice and 2-3 sharing rooms are there.

Faculty

Faculty of BE Electronics is very well qualified and experienced. They are interactive. They are PHD holders and know the concepts deeply. There teaching standard is very nice.

To become eligible for placement student can himself pick extra subjects in earlier semester and as soon as he completes them he is eligible generally after semester 6 they are eligible for on campus placement In 2025 About 600 comapies like microsoft amazon cognizant TCS and JP morgon visted vit and 1100 offers were given to students with 400+ dream offers of 7lpa and above In 2025 highest package was 70lpa and average was 11LPA for CSE department 90%+ placement rate was achieved in 2025 My plans after getting the degree is to do a corporate hob but not for more then 3 years that to just to get experience of the market and later do a startup.

My unbiased review of VIT Bhopal as a student studying here.

Placement Experience:

Placements depend on your CGPA and skills. Average is low, around 4-5 LPA but the original average package hasn't been disclosed yet, Students become eligible for placements by 5th semester but it depends on whether they have completed the required credits or not. Companies which visit are product and skill based companies, along with several other companies like TCS, Infosys, Zomato, CITI, Ford, etc. Highest package uptill now is 70 LPA. Percantage of students who have been placed till now is yet to be declared. My plan after the degree is to get placed in a company.

Found good people in the colleg / rest was a disaster of a life experience

I did not choose this college over other colege. I did not gave jee, and was not supposed to do engineering in the first place. One professor from my college was a good friend of my father and then my parents decided to put me into this college for engineering in computer science. I have been doing really well i am the topper of my batch, i have won 5 international level hackathons. and doing really well. but since to mention this college has not helped me in any way. I don't apply for other colleges. This college is best college in our near cities. We don't have any choice because of financial problems, and this college is good because of this fees and also for their campus.
