VIT AP University Review

I am interested in software engineering so I chose computer science and engineering courses, the faculty at VIT AP are well trained and experienced yet only a few teachers lack the skill to teach the topics. Most of the faculty are PHD or else with a good qualification, we have exams approximately every 1.5 months or so. It depends on the amount of preparation to pass these tests

The students from 3rd year 2nd semester are eligible to sit for the campus interviews . The highest package is said to be 56lpa and the average is 7lpa . Mass recruiters also visit the university and offer 3lpa, 5lpa and 6lpa . Nearly 80% of students get placed because of the training from Face prep and Ethnus and the other 20% pursue masters or higher studies

There will be no fee hike throughout the 4 years of Btech , the fee structure is divided into 5 categories, starting from 1,95,000 to 5,00,000 per year . Job on campus is given to the PHD scholors as assistantship only.

The liveliness of VIT AP is really really good , there will be events being conducted every week because of the no of clubs active in the campus , the greenery is being improved year by year and the construction is always there . There are a good no of gallery classrooms with Air Conditioning and majority of the classroom are the normal ones . The sports facilities are all on point

The hostels are equipped with Air conditioning seperately alloted to particular hostels and there are also hostel completely without AC , making it easier for the students , each student in the room is given a wardrobe , study table , seperate tube light and study light and shelf for particulars . The meals are pretty good in taste

I found the application for the entrance exam on the VIT University site, the application form was quite interesting and the entrance exam was 1200rupees. The exam consisted of Maths Physics and Chemistry with Aptitude and English questions, there were no cast reservations to get admission.
