What Students Say

Likes

The things that I liked in college are there is no ragging at all and they follow strict rules.
In vit ap students will come from different states so that we will improve our language and we will know about new things.
All faculty are most trained the placements percentage is good and one thing especially infrastructure is very good.

Dislikes

The students who come from different states will not mingle they only spend with their friends only .
Some rules they put will spoil our freedom and it is better if they decrease their annua and hostel fees
For some hostel students there are classes till 7 pm. If they will get some more better placements it is enough.

At present there is many opportunities for CSE and many companies recurting CSE students.Faculty teaching is good almost all faculty are completed their PHD and they are well trained.At present the strength of vit ap is 10000.

Internships Opportunities

My college offered internships from Super Dream companies with stipend 1lakh and Dream internships with stipend of 30k-50k. Most intake domains are Data Analytics, Data Science etc. Cracking those internships is bit difficult as they need high CGPA.

Placement Experience

There are campus placements but almost all campus placements are online and many companies will come.From 3rd year 2nd sem onwards we are eligible for placements.Microsoft - 21, paypal - 13, Amazon - 13 and so on.Students received an average salary of INR 9.23 LPA and highest package is 41.6 offered by Microsoft.Nearly 84% students are placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee for CSE and ECE is 2.8 lakhs but it depends on the rank in VITEEE but for students who came through EAPCET is 70000 and there is many courses offered by vit ap like mechanical,law and so on..The campus placements are good most of the students will get jobs.placement percentage for vit ap is 84%.

Campus Life

Campus Life is very good. They offere many clubs in course registration and infrastructure is very good there are projector's in every class room and there is biometric system for attendance. They VTAPP i e, tech fest and VITOPIA. Library in vit is big essential books will be available. They conduct sports especially for hostel students and for faculty. And finally campus Life is full with memories and still going on.

Admission

Yes there are entrance exam. These are two ways for coming to vit ap one is VITEEE which was conducted by VIT and other one is EAPCET is conducted by AP state and cut off for CSE for vit ap through EAPCET is approximately above 70.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam.
