Course Curriculum Overview

We can find good faculty as well as bad faculty in any college but the rate of good faculty is high in VIT-AP. The faculty:student ratio is 1:80.exams are conducted rapidly but they are very easy to pass for an average student.

Internships Opportunities

I don't have any idea on on internship opportunities available in our college but I came to know that every student from 3rd year are doing an internship. Some of them work on our own college student website named VTOP in which we use to see our marks, fee payment and etc...

Placement Experience

From 5th semester, students are eligible for internships and from 7th semester, are eligible for both placements and internships. As per the University more than 90 percent students are placing per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost to study and cost of living in University attached hostel are very high compared to other Universities.As I am from EAPCET that I am availing the Scholarship of JVD which is 70,000 for tuition fee and 20,000 for hostel fee. *(OC student also can avail this scholarship like me)*

Campus Life

We have two main and huge fests in our university per year they are VTOPIA and VTAPP. We have lot of clubs and chapters in our university. Many hackathons are conducted and many more cultural events on every week etc..

Hostel Facilities

For The hostel facility i can rate 9/10 but the fee is very high.uf you don't have any problem with money then it will be the best but the mess is average or below average. You should compramise for food here.

Admission

I wrote an entrance exam of vit which is called as VITEEE and secured a rank of 18k. I didn't applied for councelling.After some days I got my EAPCET results and my rank is 2884. I selected VIT-AP as my first preference in EAPCET councelling . that's it I got admission in VIT-AP. My tuition fee is only 70,000.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam.
