Course Curriculum Overview

The course Btech in CSE was chosen based on my interest in Computers and programming. The Faculty is good at teaching. The Qualification that they own is a Ph.D. in their subject It takes 5-6 months to complete a sem, it isn't that difficult to pass if you focus in the class.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placements after their 6th semester or 3rd year The companies visited were TCS, cognizant etc... The Highest Package was 30Lakhs and the average package is around 7lakhs. A good Percentage of students get placed every year with a decent package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure ranges from 2lakhs to 5lakhs depending upon one's rank in VITEEE and the category they get for the course they choose. There is nothing like the scholarship but it is like if you get a lower rank your payable fees per year are reduced.

Campus Life

Life at VIT-AP is comparatively better than the other universities in the city. There are 2 big fests conducted every year, one is a technical fest "VTAPP" and one is a cultural fest "VITOPIA", in December and February. The Library is decent. The classrooms are normal, but not equipped with AC's Sports fest is been conducted every year and a great number of players come and participate.

Admission

The Admission and the Fees depend on the student's rank in VITEEE exam. It ranges from 2L to 5L. Also, admission through EAMCET is available. The application form is available on the VIT website and is now open for the 2024-25 batch.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam.
