Likes

If your cgpa is 9+ there is no attendence criteria for you in the collage making it worth the hardwork you put.
The collage has people from all over India making it good social life experience
The teachers are good and are always willing to help if theh see you putting the effort.

Dislikes

The climate is bad here it is too warm and if you are not acclimatised to it it could make your life on the campus hard. It causes several problems with leaving you unwilling to attend college on the months of April - May.
The collage is far from city. Ie there is a 30 min drive to reach it making it a far from other facilities too.
No proper accommodation near college so if your are not a local you have to go for a hostel which is a tad bit expensive.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course on the basis of quality of education provided and the past placements record. The faculty to student ratio is 1:80 with faculty provided well guidance and support system and are ready to help. Exam schedule is released at the start of semester and is followed properly with 40% passing criteria and relative marking for cgpa

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 198000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is constant for the four years with no more hikes and the cost is 198000 which you have to submit every year in June - July. There is no scholarship as such but with higher rank your fees increases. The placements are good but have fallen in the last semester.

Campus Life

The annual fest is called Vitopia conducted February and the tech fest is called VITTAP which is conducted on December. Library provides ample books for students. Classroom are well equipped with projecters ,speakers etc. Sports areas are good but crowded.

Admission

On the basis of VITEEE and those selection was on the basis of the ranks obtained. The eligibility is 12 studying and passed students. You can find the application form on VIT website with a minimal application fees.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors.
