Sunday sweets like icecreams ,pastries,gulab jamun
Bus rides to main campus for library hour and back to hostel
Cultural events and programs even though we get them rarely

Dislikes

Not as expected because reality of college is different than shown in social media
Not allowed to roam around the campus during free time
Hostel feels like a jail due to warden and her unnecessary rules

I chose this course as I was interested in paramedical field. Student ratio is comparatively very high than the faculty ratio Faculties are pretty good but sometimes issues arises and it's natural to be so Term exams are easy if you study

We are currently having externship right now but internship is also available for the students here For us externship is really nice and the hospitals in which were doing it is pretty nice so overall externship is cool

It's quite expensive to study in Yenepoya as you know most of the resources we receive here are not free Apart from course fee and hostel fee a lot of expenses needs to be covered and it's a financial liability to many

Cultural events , intramural sports as well as intercollege sports and events are conducted Arts and other events are conducted often Nss, redcross camps are available here plus marathons and yogathons are conducted

Admission

Entrance exams are not there Science stream with physics, chemistry and biology Also minimum there should atleast sixty percentage in order secure admission in this university. There are options such as online and well as in person offline admission facilities available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i choose is bsc because of the different subjects in this course it has electronics and computer science . The curriculum prepares me by special courses and the new ways of teaching. The methods of teaching is good but we need new ways like learning with games. The timing of exam is 3 hours for eights marks, and the difficulty is the benches are not comfortable

Peaceful College And Campus Life

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students get eligible for campus placement, No of companies such as Cipla, infosys,accenture, TCS, wipro, Icici bank have visited our college, provide placements and 90% students get placed in reputed companies. My plan after finishing my Bsc ,i will opting for MSc Biotechnology, then a PhD.I will become a professor.

Would never recommend this college for the students who want to take a Tech Job

Course Curriculum Overview:

Now the syllabus has changed. New emerging technologies trends and subjects are introduced in new curriculum. Data science, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security are now taught. Practical marks are reduced to 50 marks. Term end examinations are conducted twice in a year. Exams are not that difficult. Usually previous year questions appear in the exams.

My journey in Christ University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists
