Likes

Canteen is good. Especially non veg is available.
Lectures by the facilities is good. And classroom atmosphere is too good.
Parking space for bike and cars is spacious.

Dislikes

About the syllabus and timetable which is little bit vague
End semester examination. Its little bit tough.
No internship and placement is provided by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of my interest in accounts. Faculty are student friendly. Faculties must complete PhD. In the course. 2 cia conducted and end semester will be conducted. Lectures by the Faculties are quiet goof.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Totally the duration of the course is three years. Which consist of 6 semesters. For each semester you have to Pay around 13,000. It will come around 100000. Scholarship will be provided for student education.

Campus Life

For every year the will conduct culturals. And also celebrate pongal fest. Library is big and availability of the books is good. Peaceful place for studying. Classrooms are good. Extra curricular activities are available like cricket, football, etc.

No entrance exam is needed. Application form available in the college website.we can get it directly from the college. You must completed 12th grade in merit. Improvement needed in technology. And some Improvement in college

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

From the 5th semester onwards the management made various efforts to conduct oncampus And they made it. Some companies which visited our campus is tata groups , vindhya e infomedia, wipro etc. Highest package offered is 3,00,000 per annum most probably 80 % of students placed. My plan after degree is to place in good reputed company.

Positive is good atmosphere and campus Negative is we can’t enjoy the campus because whenever we cut a class the department cut our international mark and we can’t write exam without 75% mark

PMIST: Best Private college in Thanjavur

Pros: this college has a well-maintained infrastructure. The surrounding is very good. The teachers are well qualified and supportive of students. They try to help students to the best way they can. Canteen facilities and hostel facilities are also well maintained. Cons: this college lacks in placement offers. Placements are there but they are not satisfactory. Also, the major language used in the college is Tamil though teachers teach in English only it is a little difficult for other state students those who don't understand Tamil. The admission process is smooth. They don't charge anything extra. You can apply for it online as well as offline. This college is one of the best colleges in Thanjavur. Bus facility is also there.
