Likes

College environment is very calm and clean.
College provides library facilities and allows the students to study in the evening.

Dislikes

Hostel rooms are small to fit 4 people and not clean regularly.
Canteen food is worst and utensils are also not cleaned.

From childhood, I wanted to treat the people having pain.And when i came to know about physiotherapy ,I choose this course as it is the way to treat patients without drugs. The faculty student ratio is much not different. It is approximately 1:20. Most of the faculties are MPT and Ph.D holders.The college is run under Utkal University. The couse has total 8 semesters.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

After completing the 4 year course, we get the 6 month internship in Hi-tech medical college and hospital. No stipen is provided during internship. College has the opd to practice and as well as treat the patients.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees of this college to study BPT is 10 lakhs. Each year the fees can be given in installment. The college approves the government and private scholarships. There is no campus placement and no stipend. But college provides hospital training.

Campus Life

There are 4 functions - Saraswati Puja, Ganesh puja ,Freshers , Cultural fest. The college provides library having sufficient books and study materials which opens from 9am to 8pm. Annual sports is held every year in the college ground.Indoor and outdoor game competition are held. There is a sports club in our college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees is 60 thousands and the registration process for hostel is done during college admission. Paying guest facilities are also available out of the campus. Hostel provides good facilities for the students.

Admission

The eligibility of the course is to have minimum percentage of 60 in PCB. I found the application from college administration. I took admission in the year 2021. The total fees is 10 lakhs. Online admission would be beneficial.

I chose to study Physiotherapy because I wanted to serve mankind and it was one of my dreams to serve humanity being a medical professional. Yes, I am happy that I am fulfilling my dream. In fact, in this proffession, I have to offer my services to disabled people and it's a great feeling when the patient comes in a wheel chair with all hopes of walking again shattered but returns walking on his feet. It gives a great feeling of satisfaction and their blessings matters a lot. It also teaches us that everybody in this world are facing their real world challenges and struggling for their existence. Of course, we have to study a lot as we have to deal with the human body, so we need to be that efficient and accurate to make them well. But yes, it's the beauty of this proffession all the hardwork turns into gold when the smile of patients return back and they return happily.

Student will be eligible for campus placement after completing their 8 semesters and also the internship period but they can opt for job if they find it before completing the internship period Company visit for po student only like- autobock ,,allimco and many Company generally offer between 25-30 k depending on the Eligibility of the candidate and the location of the company Evry student from bpo get their placement but bpt and bot student have to find it by their own My plan is to complete mpt in neuro and then try for any govermentjob and then private clinic
