HONEST REVIEW ON VIT-AP UNIVERSITY (ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW)

i chose CSE course because it gets the highest paying jobs and here, you have the flexibility system that you can choose your own teachers and courses which you like and also time table your own. so vit ap provides you courses according to your interests you can have exposure to many domains. faculy:students ratio is huge. because of eamcet students also has a chance, students number is really huge. so approximately for each class 80 students for 1teacher.as we all know that in btech its all about self study, no matter teacher teaching, so faculties are good, qualified/ and interactive. it depends upon you how much you interact with teacher. term exams are not too tough or easy its moderate enough. if you study well, you can pass easily, but if you neglect until last moment its difficult to pass. there are 3 exams for a semester cat1, cat2 and fat so within one and half month you will get exams near. cat1 is 2 modules cat2 next 2 modules and fat is whole 6 modules.so should be ready

personally, i cant answer to this question, because i am still second year student , so i dont have that much idea on internships offers. but you will have internship opportunities anytime if you are really good at coding skills taht may be anything. in college there will be many hackathons going on every week , so you can even win money prizes doing well there, it even motivates you and increases competitive spirit in you. you can work in projects if you have supportive good tecaher and guidance if you are a beginner,so finally you can have a great time here.

placements are pretty good at my campus. placements depends on individuals according to how they study. but campus is getting us 1000 companies. vit placements are centrallised . from 7th semester students are eligible to campus placemenbnts. many companies visits like 100....80 percent offers are made.but this is year its low because of recession.60 lakhs is the highest placement(outside india) lowest is maybe 200000. and average is 650000. after getting degree i want to do job and improve my coding knowlege and alsoo personal growth in various companies and looking forward in my interests.

Fees structure varies for ecah individual who joined through VITEEE exam. It depends on your viteee rank. you will have different categories so accordingly you will have different fees structure. aprroximately for category 1 course fees is 2,00,000 cat2 is 3,00,000. but through eamcet everyone will have same fees that is 70,000. if you have less income or JVD(which is a government scheme) you have to pay 0 fee basically free except hostel fees. so myself i dont have eligibilty to this scheme. but i applied other scholarships like NSP(national scholarship portal) and also privvate scholarships Reliance foundation scholarship and i got 50k per year total 2lakhs for both so 4 lakhs scholarship. i am currently second year 2nd so not yet applied to jobs. through viteee cost is too high hostel frees is same for everyone 1,30,000 to 1, 70,0000 varies according to bed type and food.

you will have many events almost for every 2 weeks there will be an event by different clubs as campus and crowd is huge. even random days there will be many events which you dont even know. so coming to big fests, technical fest name is VTAPP, will be conducted on December month and annual fest is VTOPIA conducted on Febrauary month. library is open upto 6pm and alsoo weekends you can study well and all the books regarding every courses are available. in classrooms you will have ppts (projectors) and you will have biometric system for attendance. Sports for boys is really good here at my campus. if you get up at 6AM alsoo you can see many students playing at ground, football, volleyball, cricket, indoors with AC facilities tennis, carroms , chess are available. extra curricular activities are really good. if you are enthusiastic you can participate well, there are many clubs and alsoo sutdent welfare lead opportunities to students from 2nd year clubs like geeeks for geeks, csi chapter

Rooms are really really good. you can have 2,4,6bedded non ac and ac apartment and normal rooms with a table and chair and cupboard facilities. and you will have common bathrooms(it is good because you dont need to wait for bathrooms as evryone will have differenyt timetables everday. so we will have clean and unbusy washrooms. Meals will be differed from block to block for boys and girls. and alsoo prices. there are 3 options, veg,non veg and special mess.....Food is good(not soo badd, depends on individual). healthy alsoo,(not all items),and prices are high.ranging from 1700000 to 230000. registartion process will depend on your rank in exam, ranks wise they will accomodate your prioritised rooms.and for every year you will have registrations according to your previous sem grades. and there are pgs available near by college, our college is located outscuts of city so, idk wether pg is safe for girls or not. but for boys, its okay. i choose hostel 4 bedded non ac and veg

1) From what i have known, there are 2 ways to get into VIT-AP college btech, one is through VITEEE exam(everyone all over india can write this exam, and other is through AP EAMCET(which is state government exam) AP and telangana students are eligible. eamcet-70k fees. 2) you can search everything at VIT University(vit.ac.in) or you can google, you will get at www.siksha.com, and also careers360 page and The Indian Express. 3) After writing viteee exam, you will get your rank according to your rank you will have category wise admssions that means you can get vellore, bhopal, chennai or andhra pradesh according to your rank in categories. for suppose for 5k rank you may get cse in category 2 in vellore, but in category 1 at chennai. each categories have different fees. so there are no reservation system at vit. so next coming to EAMCET exam, this method is only for to get into VIT AP. no other branches have this choice. there are reservations ,should participate in eamcet councelling.
