IEHE review by Student.

I chose the course of Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy because of my regular interest in the subject. I have opted commerce in my 11th and 12th and planned to opt for this course. The faculty members are very friendly and interactive. They are always there to help you and make your experience in the college better. In each class there are roughly 30-40 students and 1 teacher takes a class. There are various classes held according to the course. Faculty members are very qualified and experienced in their job. Many members in this institute have experience of 25+ years and have very great teaching methods to deliver education in the best way possible. Exams are held once the semester ends. After the end of semester the college conducts semester exams which are Mandatory for all students. The level of examination is a little hard as the papers are set by The Barkatullah University.

The internship opportunities are available in college. Companies like Meesho and Flipkart provide internship opportunities to students. The roles provided are assistant sales manager, taxation purpose and various other roles. Stipend is provided by the company as per it's policy and rules. Projects are also provided by the companies. These are completed by the students and give them an experience of Job.

I don't have much knowledge about placement eligibility. But in 3rd year or 5th and 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit the college like Amazon, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, LG Ltd, Flipkart, Meesho, Zomato, Swiggy etc. Many students apply for various posts and roles and get selected for packages. 40-50% students get placement in IEHE. I will apply for government and more competitive exams after I get my degree.

The fees for the 1st year is around 20,000 and an extra of 2,000 has to be submitted as caution money which will be given back by the college once the student graduates. Various scholarships are available in the college. Many government scholarships are available and availed by students. The most famous is Medhavi Yojna. And the college has it's separate scholarships too. The students can contact faculty for more information about scholarships.

Annual fests TARANG is conducted in February. Whereas commerce fest, economics fest and all subjects fests are conducted in September. Many events are also conducted frequently. All types of books are available in the library. Especially all academic books related to all courses. It is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Classroom is also very well maintained and infrastructure is good overall. Sports programs are conducted and the college teams are formed to take part in various competitions. I'm a part of IEHE's Basketball Team and recently we were the Runner Ups in the inter college tournament held at VNS college. The social group in IEHE is called the NSS. They also run the website and conduct various social events and help nearby people and families who are economically weak by providing them free education and many more facilities.

The Excellence college provides its admission forms on it's official website and an academic Calendar which clearly states the time and dates for admission process. Different courses have different eligibility and percentage of 12th marks required for admission in the college. If the student is not eligible then he/she is not admitted. However one can still apply for payment seat which costs around 1-1.5 lakhs per year fees. Most of the admission related information is available at the Portal and youtube videos are also available to fill the forms. Reservation benifits are available where one can avail the benifits by providing their caste certificate photograph which has to be approved by management. The cutoff criteria exists and is duely following in this college. Improvement can still be made in the admission process by communicating with students and timely support.
