Likes

All the teachers are well qualified and very friendly.
Our library is very quiet and peace and books are available that we want.
The surrounding of the campus are neat and clean and gives pleasant atmosphere to the students

Dislikes

There is no proper maintenance of sanitation
There is no bus routes service from our college
There was no boys hostel during our batch.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course(BA Geography Hons.) to help in my preparation for competitive exams like UPSC, SSC CGL, etc. The number of faculty in our department are 6 members and 150 students. All the faculty members has the quality of friendly, interactive towards the students.

Class Size: 154Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of our college throughout the 6th semester (3 years) is around Rs. 15000( admission with form fill up). Our state has given a part of financial support through scholarship. There is no facility of job equipment.

Campus Life

The surrounding of our campus is neat and clean and gives enough peace by seeing the presence of big trees and flowers. We performs annually freshers meet and teachers day. We had organizations for the development of students namely, KSA, DESAM, AMSU, etc. We provided club name as ECO club, personality development and NCC.

Admission

The eligibility of the course of BA is 12th pass from any stream. We could get the application form from the website of imphal college (imphalcollege.edu.in) and from the administrative block of imphal college. Application fees is Rs.2960 and the notice of application date published around may- june.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Although my was poor but my family always support me to finished graduation at any cost. For year there was 2 exam (1st year) every exam I payed 2000rs to 2500rs as a examination form fillup fee. For every year I payed admission fee of 3500rs to 4500rs continuously for 3 consecutive years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is based on the new NEP 2020.So it is well rounded.For exams we must prepare for internal assesment as well as projects.And it is a must.The students have to give the exam in time.If not they will get back exams .And there is some fine.

The Insights of Dhanamanjuri College of Arts

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had no specific course set in my at that moment but out of all, English seemed quite well-performing department among other departments. Plus it was not too difficult to start with as English was a common subject and we were used to it. The classroom buildings were not too good but it was manageable. At first day the classroom seemed small and wasn't able to fit in all of the students, but gradually the attendance kept decreasing which is a common thing and now only 60 of us are attending the classes. The teachers are well qualified with a Doctorate qualification and I don't have anything bad to say about them. Their teaching methods are easy to understand, and they're punctual; they don't usually skip classes. The exams on the other hand was the most disappointing thing about this college. Every exams were delayed atleast 2 months, and due to that out classes always started later than other colleges. The difficulty level is moderate but more than 50% students didn't manage to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As arts students during my +12 course and economics was also in it(course). I chose economics considering my background. And it was fun and interesting for me to study. All of my teachers were M.phill+ Phd and well experience in teaching. The method of teaching was good and teach in way that help the students to well understood The exams were held every after four months of course in each semester. There was no difficulty to pass the exams if the students attend the lecture regularly

About my college

Admission:

By filling the prescribed form. Admission is done usually in the month of June. I opt for my course because I'm most comfortable with the subject. This college is one of the best colleges for graduation in my home town. The professor was well educated and the infrastructure of the college is very satisfying.

A short detailed review on Imphal College History Department.

The admission process commences by applying for an entrance exam which is conducted offline. Upon selection, we proceed with the admission process. To complete the admission, we fill out the admission form, and receive a challan from the clerk for payment through the bank. We get a receipt from the bank, we then have to submit again to the clerk. The admission is vary subject to subject but my admission for BA History Honors cost around Rs 3500.
