The college maybe new in the field but is not less than any other college in the field. It is trying to jewel itself in this particular field. The college is good and is trying to be best.
Entrance Preview
Amity follows there system of selection which there is an entrance test followed by personal interview. The course was different from others . It was not the mainstream B.tech course but something which is necessary for the society.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was very interesting. Since it was based on urban planning there was huge amount of practical knowledge and site visits. We went to various cities and explored them.
Internships Opportunities
College doesn't provide internships it depends on the students to find suitable internships. College does gives options.
Placement Experience
The college doesn't provide placements for the course since the course is new and requires time to improve.
College Events
Students of planning can take part in the various events like the youth fest the sports meet and even NOSPlan which is a national level competition.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Being a new course it had an affordable fees structure. There was a semester system in the college which was divided 8 semesters. The fees was 55,500 in the first year followed by 65000 in the final year.
Fees and Financial Aid
No we don't get scholarships however the students do get a merit certificate for their academic excellence.
Campus Life
The college does give us ample opportunities to explore our inner talents. We are allowed to take part in national level events where all different colleges from the same field take part.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not good. The rooms are extremely small and people are not given food in the fees. They have to buy food themselves.
Exam Structure
The exams were always fun to go through since it was based on our practical knowledge.It was always a chill culture.
Faculty
The faculties were highly qualified. They were Urban planners and architects which helped us to learn different aspects of the course. The faculties always accompanied us to our site visits as well.
