At the low percentile in jee mains this college is one of the good choice as it has good palcement culture, also has good campus.There is 1:60 faculty and student ratio. All the faculties of the college are Phd holders from institute like (iit,nit and from techno india group).The teaching of the faculties are simple using both hindi and english for communication for so that all student understand in a better a way.The term exams are taking in time, mainly 2 internal and one unversity exam per semester.The difficulty of the term exams are moderate.

For interships many companies visit the college and they give good stipend on the basis of the project.Company like Threat prism that gives the intership on the project cyber security.The stipend money is start from 5000

The pacement of the college is average but it progress its performance every year.Last year highest package gone is 14 lakh/annum and average package 4 lakh/annum.From second semester students are eligible for intership and from 4 semester eligible for campus placement.For helping the student college has its separate placement cell.Companies like tcs,infosys,technet etc are coming every year for campus placement.The percentage of students getting placement is 60 to 70 percent and it improving every year.

The fee structure of the college is not high basically the college is semi-government run under techno india group.The students who join through jeceb counselling had to pay according to category they belongs to example bc-1/bc-2:- 20000/year, sc/st:- 12000. The students who got direct admission have to pay around 60000/year.College also registered with the some scholarship scheme like e-kalyan that provide scholarship to all the eligible students.

Collage has two big fest a cultural fest known as zephyr and tech fest known as navkirti that mainly organised i the month of july and march respectively.It has also a central library that has all type of books and journals.The classerooms are have sufficient bench and desk and separate smart classroom full AC packed.Sports like cricket tournament,volley ball tournament and indoor tournament like chess, carrom etc orgainzed by the college.The college has clubs like art club,photography club and plantation club.

The hostel rooms are quiet large of 5 members having attach bathroom and each one has their own study table and bed. An almirah for the room also provided.Hostel is fully wifi with good internet speed. The mess facility is not top-notch ,the taste of mess food is not good . They provide variety of menu but compromised with taste of the food. For registration for hostel, one should fill the form(offline) of hostel that is available on in the college after that on the basis of locality distance from the college as a perefernce order they provide the hostel.The hostel fee is 15000/year.During registration,you have to pay 15000+5000(security money). College is very far away from the city, so no Pg availabe near the college.

The candidate must be 12th pass with percentage 60 percentile and qualify jee mains with above 80 percentile for cse branch and minimum 40 percentile(general category) for other branch.There are mainy two ways to take admission in the college : 1) through jeceb counselling (only state students can apply) 2)direct admission by visting the sites of chaibasa engineering college or physically visiting the college. College also provide category resevation benefits that is available at the jeceb portal in details. (for cse branch general required 85 percentile ,bc-1 has above 80 percentile ,bc2 above 75 percentile followed by others categories).
