i choosed this course as i am a civil service aspirant. the students ratio is 1;45 here the faculty is very experienced they are phd holders. teaching method is offline through lectures by teachers. exams were held on time if no any issue arise and its easy to pass the exam if you are attentive in lectures.

fees structure is economical around 7000Rs and its very good as you get library,and wifi etc facilities so its cost is recovered. you can fill the up govt scholarship and avail it ,there are placements in last year companies come and hire you

annual function fest books are related to your course. classroom has greenboard,chair and tables, camera. campus has a ground and thier sports activities are carried out and extra curricular activities also happen. there is student union which supports students in any problem. their is activity club which gives certain opportunities to students to show talents

at my time there was entrance exam. now also it is entrance exam and not through cuet we can find the application form from university official site. application fees is approx 650rs for general. Application dates come around may. there is some delay in the process as you have to wait so much if u want admission in this

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose to do ba because i m interested in pursuing psychology as my career option. The curriculum is adapt according to my knowledge It is same that of Lucknow University and somewhat similar to delhi University with only few changes. The exam ain't very difficult to crack students can prepare 3-4 days before exam and yet ace it.

Economics Honours at Amity University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.

I live in Prayagraj U.P. but I had to go to the Varanasi U.P. for choosing my college. Varanasi is like an other city and I live in another city. And when I choose any other college, the fees is quite high. Due to far distance and high fees I didn't join any other college. But this college fulfill my needs which I need and it fits under my budget. That's why I choose this college over the others. I get rejected from a college because they need much smarter students.
