Course Curriculum Overview

It is one of the mosy prestigious institute of India offering the course. Faculty:student ratio is about 1 to 100. Faculties are top qualified professors from foreign universities and their teaching methods are proficient. There are mid semster exams and end semester exams in 1 semester. They were quite stressful but passable.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Big companies from every field like Google, Amazon, Meta, Oracle, Sprinklr, ITC, Bharat Petroleum, Myntra, Meesho, Flipkart, TCS, etc. offer internships for the role of SDE, Supply chain, Wed Developer, Data Analyst, Consultant.

Placement Experience

From 7th sem onwards you became eligible for campus placements. Google, meta, oracle, sprinkler, etc. Around 1300 offers were made. Highest package - 1.68 Cr Lowest package - 10 lpa 90% students get placed. Getting into corporates.

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester fees are 121465 INR which recession is there for families with different annual incomes. Annual income less than 1 lakh: 100000 INR waived off. Annual income between 1 and 5 lakhs: 66666 INR waived off.

Campus Life

Annual fest: Kashiyatra, Texhnex and Spardha. The library is fully equipped with a lot of books. Great classrooms. Very good sports facilities with playgrounds and indoor stadiums. Clubs like COPS, BIZ, and E-Cell run.

Hostel Facilities

3 students in one room. Very good mess food quality and great diversities. Registration process is very smooth which is done physically after coming to campus after the submission of fees. No need for PG.

Hostel Fee: INR 13065 per year

Admission

Admission through JEE ADVANCED exam conducted each year by any one of the zonal IITs for the students who qualify the JEE MAINS exam. Eligiblity for the course is 75%+ in 10+2 examination. First apply for JEE MAINS through website of NTA then JEE ADVANCED. Dates you can get from google. Reservation benefits are there for GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC/ST and PWD. Admission process is smooth.

Best College at low fees

Placement Experience:

the placement rate is was very good until 2000 2023 as it was 80,00,000 LPA was the highest package show in the campus but from 2024 and 2025 no placement data has been recorded and wasn't uploaded till now from the official site of the Kamla Nehru Institute of technology technology I don't know what the placement cell is doing on the behalf of the placement but it's on college it doesn't matter it depends on the strength of the student how well and how skill C has developed create his own carrier

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
