The course is very affordable in compare to othe colleges.
The faculties are weel educated and very experienced.
Teachers are very helpful and friendly . They are available for your any doubt about the study

Dislikes

In Imit unfortunately there is no campus , college is running in a rental building.
Placement ratio is not good as expected.
This college doesn't have a hostel inside the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose mca because I came from cs background and also the growth of it sector . In Imit the faculty members are very cooperative very helpful And 2 sections are there class rooms are average And faculties are experienced.

Internships Opportunities

So College provide internship opportunity, if you put the effort in coding the you should definitely get an internship. Recently 3 students got an internship in CGIL Private limited,Hyderabad in the iff campus drive.

Placement Experience

There is very less on campus placement provide by the college but they refer to you of campus placements , the average package is 3.5 lpa & placement ratio is 20-25% . If u didn't got any placement the u should try of campus and contact your seniors if they can give a refferal.

Fees and Financial Aid

Talking about the fee structure for mca in Imit ctc Per year 30k and ojee counseling fee 10000. The fee is very low as compared to other institution, but the placement ratio is very poor around 15-20 % and also u can applied various scholarship.

Campus Life

As our college is running in a rental building there is no campus, but I expect we will get a campus very soon, there are annual fest and alumini meet every year and also a well precised library is present in the college, also for mca students there is a coding club.

Hostel Facilities

So there is limited seat in the hostel(20) for MCA and 20 for MBA. And the meal price is 100 per day 3-4 times nonveg per week ,yes the quality is very good . The hostel admission is 15000 per sem including the meal service.

Admission

The Admission process was very smooth , you need to give Ojee entrance exam for admission into mca , The application fees is 500 and for odisha it is available in the ojee website ,you should fill the admission form , student data, anx1,anx2,fee deposit & check list before going for the admission.

From third semester you can go for campus placement. Some well-known company also come for campus placement. We have Wipro, Infotech, TCS,some well-known company in Hyderabad. And the package is around 10lakh to 5 lakhs. Last year around 60 percentage students got on or off campus placement. I plan for PhD.

My experience in IMIT

I had applied for a total of 10 colleges as I didn't secure much good rank in OJEE (1800). In 3rd allotment, I got a seat in IMIT. They take admissions through quota but I had joined in the general category. They just consider the OJEE rank for admission. After 2nd allotment you have to book a seat by depositing 10000 else you won't get the chance to apply for the 3rd round.
