Course Curriculum Overview

I like nature and I found interest in horticulture after my diploma .so I joined here. 10:90 is faculty: student ratio.The faculty have great knowledge in their respective subjects.And teach us very nice with audio visual aids like ppts,you tube videos,etc Field visits and mini tours are conducted to enhance our learning. We have semester system in which mid ,practical and final sem exams are conducted . If we study there is no difficulty in passing exams.

Class Size: 1Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We got scholarship from AP govt I.e JVD and from central government. And stipend is given during final year RAWEP.I don't know about any hike policy .For payment seat fees is more compared to normal government seat

Campus Life

No such tests are conducted in our college. Many books are available in library regarding horticulture and competitive exams.And previous exam papers are available in library.There are good facilities in our college.Sports meet is conducted every year in which many of our students proved our talents in various extra circular activities like singing, dancing ,etc.We have our college official website

Admission

The eligibility is through Horticet exam for diploma students and EAPCET for inter bipc students.I have done diploma in horticulture after my 10th class .After that I wrote HortiCET exam to get admission into this course.There is reservation .

Know about my prestigious college

Placement Experience:

Fromthird year last semister they used to get placements . But placements are very less in our college due to government University . Mostly the Banking sectors jobs the students will get . The highest package is around 8lpa Average is around 3-4lpa Very less percentage mostly used to prefer for government jobs and higher studies My plans is to go for higher studies

Placement Experience:

Many prefer to pursue higher studies than placements in this course. Many Agriculture related companies are involved in the placement. Placement percentage around 50%. After the degree, I plan to go for MBA in agri business management.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There should be more classes in the practical than in the theory. students are only studying and forgetting because they only study but if they practically learn they will remember so the theory should be reduced and practical should be increased.there should be 20 days for mid exams and nearly 40 days for practice and sem final exams nearly 2 months are only for exams.
