Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I have interested in learning about Biology . Faculty is very good in this college , highly educated . Mostly teachers are studied from highly reputed colleges. They also have experience of teaching from colleges Like DU , AMU etc. There teaching method is also good . There are two types of exam in every semester First is mid terms exam , which is easy and anyone can pass this exam easily. and second is university exam which is quite difficult.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 1600 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have doing Bsc from this college which fees is very low something full year fees is ?1600 + university fees ?1250 . You also got scholarship from this college . UP scholarship program , under which you also got scholarship in two parts . And total amout of approx ?4000-?8000.

Campus Life

There are no many fest . but there are many extra curricular activities like many sports competition and many competitions . There is also a huge library , where you can take any book . Campus is under fully CCTV camera surveillance.

Admission

Student must be 12th passed with good percentage above 60% to take admission in this college. And The application form is available online on the college website SM college Chandausi. Firstly we have to registers our name in the University Mjpru which is also done online which fees is something ?250 . After registration we got registration ID which we used in SM college admission form. No benefit for reservation because its Bsc fees is also too low. One main improvement which I want is that during the form submission in college there is very much rush , there is no proper arrangement for this.

I choose bsc bioinformatics as I love programming and research sector as I took pcb in 11th ... I couldn't go for btech ... But then I researched and found about this course which need computer skills with biology background.. a perfect match for someone like me.. after the pandemic and technical growth in biology sector .. bioinformatics became one of the most growing area .. In india it's rare to find people know about this is even a sector so yeah less competition and big opportunities to work abroad .. But I am pursuing this course in this college which have very bad curriculum..the faculty isn't proper to teach us about bioinformatics and we are just study the syllabus of biotech in a mixed class ... I will rate it's a bad idea to pursue bioinformatics from Swami vivekanand subharti university...
