Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and engineering is the most trending course nowadays and it is one of the best courses in our university. The faculty is always available during working hours. Anyone can contact them through mail or meet them at their respective cabin. The faculty-student ratio is 1:20. Most of the faculty members have completed their PhDs. The conduction of exams takes place every one and a half months. The exam easy to get passing marks

The placements in the college are excellent. Almost 90% of students are getting placed in various companies every year. The highest package is 34.40 LPA and the average is 9.23 LPA. 904 companies including HP, ISB, Google, MRF etc visited in 2023.6500+ dream offers for students from different companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for students who got their seat through EAPCET is only 70000 but for those who got seats through the entrance exam of VITEEE the fees vary. Student loans are also available on the campus provided by various banks. The internships start from 3rd year and almost 90% of the students in the university get placed in various companies every year

Campus Life

The campus life is best. The interaction with new students every day is amazing. Technical fest VTAPP is conducted every year in December and the annual fest VITOPIA is conducted in March every year. Almost all types of books are available in the library. All types of sports like volleyball, cricket, football etc and also indoor games like badminton, carrom etc are also available. There are many clubs and chapters of every type like technical, non-technical, social etc some of the them are csi chapter, nerd club, beat the Heat Dance club etc

Hostel Facilities

different types of hostel rooms are available in our campus like 2 bedded ,4 bedded 6 bedded, 12 bedded etc, hostel fees also vary based on the type of room you want to take.A study table and a personal cupboard is provided for everyone.Laundry is also available.Meals are also good .Registration for hostel takes some more time we should have some patience for it.

Admission

I got into VIT AP through the EAPCET entrance exam. Anyone from Andhra can get into VITAP through the EAPCET exam if your rank is below 5000 (in second counselling)for the general category in the AU region and for SVU the rank should be below 7500. The counselling at the university is very simple, you have to submit only the required certificates mentioned on the website. All will be completed within 5-10 min.

A Great Learning Experience at Ashoka

I like that every faculty in our college supports and encourage each and every student to get placed. I also like the Training and Placement Department because they regularly organized aptitude, communication, technical trainings .
I like the innovative teaching method in our college, where we undergo with different activities that makes us to understand the concepts in an easy way

Dislikes

Network issue in college environment as well as in hostel

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

the engagement with campus was very good and memorable in life, Social interactions are decent. campus Amenities was super. Clean Campus
most of the faculty Ph.D. holders and All the curriculum subjects up to date. everything is job market

Our College placements is very good, 150+ Companies visted our college and more than 990+ Students placed in Companies recently, our college hightest package was 22LPA and visited companies like, Infosys, TCS, Meesho, EvokeTechnologies, Envidia, Deloitte, Snovasys, TATA electronics, Meil, Cntl S. Etc.

VIIT - What all you need.

Likes

Infrastructure at the college is good and facilities are available.
Faculty will teach the complete syllabus nd if any student is having doubts, they can approach the faculty to get their doubts clarified.
Regular, assessment tests are being conducted to know the knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Multiple tests to assess students in various aspects.
More co-curricular and extra curricular activities have to be there.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placements to its students. The college invited more than 30 software companies to the college annually where students can apply based on the criteria mentioned by the company and interest of the students. The placed students count is also good compared to the eligible students count.

Pace institute of technology and sciences have 26 clubs to train the students on their interested path (like Ml club for machnine learning and AI club for knowing the technologies in AI) it also have NCC and NSS
The college culture wasvery good and management also helpful and supportive, it also have modernised auditorium for guding the huge member of students and to conduct high level meeting in the college it also have good transport facilites
this college have well maintained digital class rooms with good projector facility and advanced smart board equipped seminar hall

Placement Experience:

Every students eligible for placements in the 3rd year, Top Mnc companies visit the campus like Infosys, TCS, Meesho, Deloite, Meil, control s, etc. highest placement is 22 Lakhs per anum and the average package is 6LPA it provides perfect placement with top companies have supperate cell for training and placement with highlyknowldged faculty.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

Kits college overall review

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

Firstly i didn't apply for many entrance exams i only applied to 2 exams one is JEE Main which i did not qualify and second was VITEEE i secured 30k rank which brought me a seat for Category 2 in VIT Ap which was pretty good not the best without all the coaching stuff in intermediate , and the admission process is we have to apply for entrance test and we get our results ,we will have councelling after results which is choosing the branch and category you need if they rank matches the options you chose the seat will be given ....Read More

Excepting changes in unfair things of vit

I choose this college because this is one of the best university in Andhrapradesh through eamcet.Also,I heard from my seniors that the placements are also good.Compared to other other colleges in ap it has unique curriculum,academic timetable for students.No other extra charges will be taken once the fees is paid.But for middle class people it is difficult to pay this college fees all at once is a complex task.But,except this everything is fine here.I applied to bharath university chennai and i got seat in vit ap through eamcet so, i dropped from bharath university....Read More
