Course Curriculum Overview

If I have to talk about the about the course....I have taken the course Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and rhe faculty members are good and they are really supportive and they also provide technical and practical knowledge about the subjects

Class Size: 21Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

After the 6th semester the students eligible for campus placement. There is many companies arrives in campus like, Jio, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Snapchat, Cisco, Juniper, Tata etc.., the average package in my college is 3-4 Ipa and the highest one is 53lpa. 20% of students getting placed by college.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college the average fees of Computer science and engineering (CSE) department is 60000. I'm belong to Other Backward Classes (OBC) and I'm eligible for the OBC scholarship and that's help every middle class family to afford the college fees. There is good placement opportunity in my college.

Campus Life

College campus is good in my college. And I'm the member of Newton club, it is globally autherised. In my college many of the functios and fest happens like, Gyanotsav, tech fest and hackathons. There was a good playground in campus.

Admission

The admission process is not that good as I was expected. We have to give the entrance exam named JEE and after this the percentile decides have you worthy for that college or not. But many of the students don't know about JEE.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. I join the college in 2022 batch at that time tech was in boom and college has a good placement season that why i chose BTech Cs and take the admission The ccourse is overall good , but there are no internship opportunities in your third year of college so they need to improve on it. They frequently condut exam , after every one and a half months
