Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to opt for Finance as I am good with numbers and also my interest in stock markets and finance modelling. Facilities over here are pretty good with excellent teaching methods. Each and every faculty member is Qualified from good universities and we also have visiting faculties. Term exams occur every once in 3 months which is referred to as Trisemesters.
Internships Opportunities
As a fresher and a 1st year student, I am not eligible to sit for internships. So I don't have any knowledge regarding this. There are CMAPS given to students which is a good project opportunity for the students.
Placement Experience
Students get eligible after competing there semester 5 of their graduation. There have been many companies which are coming for placements. Almost each and every student gets placement over here with a placement percentage of around 98 percent.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study is decent as the facilities provided are good compared to other colleges. I haven't applied for any Scholarship programs so I don't have any insight into the same. Being a 1st year student I still have time to sit for jobs.
Campus Life
Some annual fest is Dawaat, Rush 4 Rush, prom night and many more which take place every year around December month. You will be able to witness each and every type of book and Journal in the library. You can witness proper infrastructure on the campus.
Hostel Facilities
Each and every Hostel room is fitted with AC and bed, curtains and neat and clean bathrooms. Every floor has its own water purification unit. Every 2 days your Hostel will be cleaned by a sweeper which keeps the hostel neat.
Admission
I would be extremely happy to provide an insight about our college. Firstly, To be eligible to get admitted to UBS you would have to complete your Graduation or have to be in the final year of the Graduation year with your provisional Degree certificate in your hand. At the same time you have to secure a Minimum of 60% in your Graduation and your class 10th and 12th. You can get each and every detail in the website of our college about the application form and other data. The admission process is overall good with no such changes to be made.
Interview Experience
It was an overall good process. It started from a group discussion to a personal interview in which I got selected. To be ready for GD you should have to be updated about the current news and firey topics going overall.
