Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course since I wanted to study B-Tech. The faculties are around 250 - 300 whereas the students here range from 4000-5000. Some of the faculties are highly qualified. We have exams every month and at the end of every semester.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We have 10 credits for internship so every student will get opportunity to do internship but it depends on student talent whether it is a paid internship or free. If you're talented enough you will get stipend for your internship or mostly you will get free internship in college campus or college projects.

Placement Experience

The students get eligible in their eighth semester for their campus placements. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and ITC have visited. The highest package offered is 56 lakhs per annum. On average around five to 10 lakhs per annum is offered. Mostly all of the students get their placements. I plan to become a football player after my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are 5 categories in VITAP, I got category 2 so I chose CSE as my course there is no fee hike policy in VITAP. For the EAMCET examination, they provide scholarships. Each fee category has a fee structure.

Campus Life

We have Vitopia and Vtapp as our main fest and as technical fest respectively. Then we have digital projectors provided in our classroom. Then we also have extra clubs which are run by students and faculties. Books are there in the college library.

Admission

The students are eligible to join VIT AP by writing the VITEE examination or by JEE mains percentile, AP EAMCET, students of SC/ST have a 10% cut-off weightage. The application form can be downloaded online.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam.
