VIT AP Life

I chose this Course since I had an interest in studying BTech engineering. Approximately there are about 250 to 300 faculties. Where are the Students range from 4000 to 5000. we have exams at the end of every semester and every month. The exams feel pretty easy compared to our school exams.

VIT AP have numerous internship programs where the students can learn about their professional fields and get their first-hand experience of work environment. Many projects are done like the ECS projects.

Students in 8 semesters will be eligible for campus placements. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, ITC etc have visited. The highest salary offered is 50lpa. Almost all the students get placements. I am planning to do an MBA course after my B-Tech.

Students who got into this campus through the EAMCET entrance examination are eligible to get a scholarship for this college. Students from EAMCET have Around 70,000 students who wrote VITEEE have fees according to their fee category. For example, the people in Category One have fees of around 1,50,000 in Category Two 2,10,000 and in Category 3 2,98,000 and so on.

We have a technical and annual fest. Beatopia is the main fest in VITOPIA whereas VTAPP is the technical fest. We have a digital projector in every classroom which is used for teaching. There are many clubs and expos run by students and facilities. We have sports tournaments also held during the fest.

We have 4 bedded, 2 bedded, 6 bedded and dorms both ac and non-ac rooms for our hostel. The mess quality is poor and conditions are unhygienic and also the food quality is bad. The registration for hostel booking is online and we have to come to the college where they will assign the room as what we opted for.

VIT AP University B-Tech admissions are purely based on the rank secured by candidates in VITEEE. University also accepts the scores of JEE mains and SAT for admission in B-Tech courses Candidates belonging to SC/ST will be given a relaxation of 10% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
