A great sports experience. I have developed liking to shuttle and throw balll and actively engaged into sports.
Even though academics are not top notch, availability of staff is quite decent

Partiality between class students is highly shown
Not everyone is given chance to join clubs and social groups
Some faculty members were arrogant to students as they think they handle more power at college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I actually opted for the course Computer Science. Unfortunately due to insufficient rank in EAMCET, I was not allowed a seat in CSE. So the secondary option for me is IT. Faculty: The student ratio is 7:1 every sem and I'm happy to announce that teachers are always available and ready to give their helping hand to students in any kind of hurdles. Most of the faculty members have pursued their PHD and some of them are ongoing.term exams are pretty easy IF the student worked hard for the whole semester. Unfortunately, some complex subjects like Data Mining and database management are much harder even if the faculty helped all the students.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee had a huge hike every year from the year of joining. When I joined the college, the management seat cost approximately 1lakh 20 thousand. But now every seat costs 3lakhs but the EAMCET alloyed seat cost remained the same. Ie 70000. At present, there are not many placement drives happening in the college but I happen to secure a job at Accenture with a salary of 4 lakh 60 thousand.

Campus Life

There are plenty of books available in the college library. College administration conducted many annual tech fests every year. A large playground for sports is available to students all the time. There are many social groups and clubs like anti ragging squad, student council and college website run by students too.

Admission

Being a student of IT at PVPSIT, we had eligibility criteria as follows: we need an EAMCET rank of below 20000. And we should pass intermediate with at least 70%. Whenever the college reopens for the freshmen department, the college portal is updated with new application forms application deadlines, and important details. There are definitely reservation benefits as it is provided by the govt itself. But the GENERAL category will be most Unlikely to get it. I definitely do want improvements seen in this. The students who do not DESERVE the fee benefits are the ones getting them the most.

Placement Experience:

Yes there are campus placement in my college,there were many companies approaching to my college.from third year on wards the campus placement will be started. the highest package was around like 49 lakh.the girl who got this package from electronics department,the average package is like 3 to 4.5 lakh . Around 40 to 60 percent students are getting in the placements and my plans after the degree was to get high paid job in reputed organization

Wonderful VRSEC- Where a student can create wonders

From 6 th semester onwards students are eligible for participating in drives.The students should have cgpa above 7.5.. Recently TCS has visited our campus and offered 450+ jobs,HSBC offered 9 students with 9.5 lakhs packages. Lendi give good placement offers to students. From 3rd year 2nd semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement. A well Rounded college experience with good opportunities

I chose my college over Acharya Nagarjuna University because it was closer to home and more convenient I also applied to VRSCE but didn't get in due to it's high cutoff My collge admits students through EAPCET and has two categories management/NRI quota and EAPCET based admissions . The cutoff for my branch is up to 12,000 for general category . 40,000 for BC and 10000 for SC/ST. The admission process was straight forward it it register,verify documents , attend counselling and get a seat based on rank though i didn't make it to VRSEC I am happy with my choice as it meet my needs...Read More

I applied for Computer Science and Engineering course in 4 colleges . I applied in VR Siddhartha, KL University, Vignan University and PVP siddhartha college. Finally I got a seat in PVP Shiddhartha college. For me the admission process goes good with the free seat. I wrote the EAMCET exam and got a good rank in that exam. So when the counselling starts I opted for 4 colleges and I got a free seat. There will be another process also for the students who didn't qualify for EAMCET exam or didn't wrote any competitive examinations. They can contact the college management and ask for the college Seat. If the seats are available then we need to pay the donation amount for the seat.
