Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen Information Technology to become a part of India's technological development. The IT field is constantly growing and changing. So I would like to work in that field and improve my skills more. Our department has an appropriate faculty and student ratio. We have professors and assistant professors. Professors have done their PhD and the assistant professors have done their MTECH with specialization. The faculty follows the student-interaction teaching method. They teach us with real-time examples and make us solve new problems. We have a total of 5 units in a subject. After the completion of 1st unit, we will have a class test, after the completion of 2nd unit a home assignment, and after the completion of half of the 3rd unit examination. The same is followed for the next 2 and a half units. This curriculum makes our SEM end exams a little bit easier and gives us good practice.
Internships Opportunities
Our college does not offer any internship with a stipend but they make more no free internships available in different streams that are currently trending and make us do projects during the internship session.
Placement Experience
The students from 3-2 semesters are eligible for the campus placements. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Virtusa, Deloitte, Cognizant, etc have visited our college and made nearly 500 offers in total. The highest package offered is 23 Lakhs and the average package is about 4.5 Lakhs per annum. Nearly 60-65% of students are placed through campus drives. Our college facilitates more and more opportunities for the students. After getting the degree, I would like to secure a job in my area of interest and grow accordingly in my field.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship policy is available for the students who have joined through EAMCET counseling. The course tuition fee is 42500. They will get Jagananna Vidya deevena for tuition fees and an extra assistance amount as Vasathi deevena. But all other fees like transport fees, and exam fees must be borne by students only. There are no stipend-based internships offered by our college.
Campus Life
Every year suNRIse both technical and cultural fest is conducted in our college encouraging technical skills and other skills in students. We have a library which consists of sufficient books and journals. Our college has a playground consisting of volleyball, basketball, badminton, and football courts and indoor games like chess and carroms are also available. For fitness freaks gym is also available in our college. We have different clubs in our college for organizing events. Like Helping Hands Club which is a student club used for helping fellow students, the Ramunajan club, the social club, Woman Empowerment Cell. Our college also has NRI Buzz a radio studio.
Admission
There is no entrance exam for our college. The students can join this college by opting eamcet counseling according to their eamcet rank. The students will get a seat in their chosen branch with respect to the cutoff and their EAMCET Rank. The EAMCET cutoff rank details and other details regarding admission can be referred from the college's official website. The improvement I would like to see is Students being allotted seats in the college according to their ranks but not based on the reservation and category.
