Course Curriculum Overview

My course is btech computer science and engineering which is good and useful for software-related jobs and my faculty is good they explain the concepts clearly but being in btech it is more essential to learn by self-study.

Placement Experience

The placements in the gvpce College of Engineering are good but due to the recision the placements these couple of years are low so I want to prepare for a diploma teacher join soon after my engineering in 2025 if I have not been placed into any job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for Gayatri College of Engineering is 69000 thousand at the admission time but I got the Jagananna Vidya Devena to accommodate my college fee so that I can study well with less burden.

Campus Life

Our campus infrastructure is not so good it is a small area but the education and placements are good there are many social and technical clubs in our college IEEE is one of the technical clubs for computer science and engineering and there are some other social clubs such as vidyasaan rotract and many other.

Admission

I have been admitted to the gvpce college through the emcet rank of 2324 I have opted for a btech course in computer science and engineering. I have written other entrance exams such as jee mains but due to high fees, I have chosen to go with emcet.

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

College life is most memorable

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.
