What Students Say

Likes

The fee structure is ok for students like me and it is worth the money
Computer labs, Seminar halls are good, neat and clean
They support for inter college and intra college functions.

Dislikes

The canteen menu was not that big and canteen foods are not worth the money.
Staffs knowledge is not according to trends
There is no sports time or play time for us

Course Curriculum Overview

I have been interested in Computer Science since from 12th std. Because of that, I took a BSc in Computer Science. The faculty's knowledge was good, they were helpful. The teaching methods and class control are okay. Six months once they conduct the semester exams. It is easy to pass.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was affordable compared to other colleges/universities. Since I'm from the SC community I got scholarships from the government. The Scholarship amount is around 4750rs. It was very useful for me at that time since I was pursuing college during COVID-19 times.

Campus Life

Once a year they conduct an Annual function of the college with different titles. And also they conducted department functions. My department function name was "TECH ARENA-23". The Library was not that big, but books were provided to students. Extracurricular activities were okay and sports were conducted once a year.

Admission

The admission process was good. I didn't take any entrance exam, I applied through the official college website which was recommended by my friend. The application fee was around 250rs I guess. The college fee per semester was 20000, and for a year it was around 40000.

Placement Experience:

in the 6th semester the students are eligiblr for the campus placements and around 99.9% students get there spacment from this college and my plants after getting the degree work as a chef in a hotel for 6 to 10 years and after that i want to start my on multy cusin resturent

From 6 th semester students are eligible for campus placement can go to training and as well as after finishing training getting job from the same hotel or also or other hotel want to join college will arrange it and top rating hotel like taj , marriot l, Itc and hilton branded hotel they will arrange placement. Accounting to student academic, attendance and attitude. Placement Highest package is 3lpa to 20 lpa both india and global level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

My college gives a natural vibe and placements.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement record of 10.5% for 3 year UG course. The median package offered for my batch is around 120000 Lakh. From the 5th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. My plan after a degree is persuing another degree.
