Campus is at the outskirt, although we have access to all big malls, Mc'D, subway , Dmart.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum This course is on the basis of a trimester system. The best part is 9 months paid internship which gives a good practical experience. Companies that come to campus are well recognized. The faculties are also very good. We have a few visiting faculties from Tier 1 colleges as well. Overall it has a good curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Good internship opportunity and is not limited just to Pune. Internships can be from anywhere and are of great practical insights. The college always provides the best opportunities for all students of different specializations.

Placement Experience

Almost 100% placement. Companies that come to college are good and well-recognized. The average package is around 7lpa. And later it depends upon the student's caliber, how well they can crack the interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is comparatively good. ROI is also on the good side. Plus the 9-month paid internship gives one hand up when comes to ROI. No such scholarship program is there. But colleges provide assistance for loans.

Campus Life

Life on campus is very interesting. Many events are always lined up. Great leadership talks from leaders all around the globe. Many certifications program. Cultural society is also there which celebrates all talents. Overall a good place.

Admission

For admission, there is one case study that is required to be completed within a set time limit. After the selection of your case study solution, you are required to appear for the personal interview. After the final selection, you are allotted one mentor who will guide you through the journey. There are a few assignments pre-joining certification etc to keep you engaged through the waiting process.

Interview Experience

The topic of interview rounds including a general knowledge test. What are the current affairs? Some aptitude questions and also some verbal communication. For the case study round, it is based on the business cases of the real world.

A compelling review of IFEEL College Lonavala

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main specific reason I joined the college is for the marketing faculty. And marketing faculties are good here and the curriculum is up to date according to the IIM standards.Along with curriculum the college also give training to student for the interview, communication and nurture the students to make them stand out in this ever changing market. I would suggest the college to give more and more study materials for the exams as there is no extra study materials available in the library.

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I'm from a non-management background so I had a 2-step interview process which is only one step for management background students (Graduation). At first, I was asked questions about my graduation along with management questions which went for 40 minutes of rigorous question answers. In second, they completely focused on management questions, went deep into specific topics. It was rather a discussion type instead of a question-answer type in a way where they asked questions and waited for my answers, corrected me every time I went wrong to have a clear idea about anything I'm talking about. The thing which fascinated me the most is that it's a student-driven college and Nine months paid internship program where I can get real exposure into the corporate world and be a better professional being at the end of my PGDM course.
