Likes

Very good facilities with wide knowledge.
Good infrastructure, mainly the library which is very big and having lots of books.
Transport and hostel facilities for the students and facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because in the future I wish to study MBA. The needed number of faculty is been provided to the department by the college. 15:360 is the faculty-student ratio. Every teacher in the department holds a doctorate certificate. The method of teaching in my college is different, they use PPTs and seminars for the students to gain more knowledge. The exams are easy once if the students understand the class properly.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are companies for internship opportunities Available in the college like a 5k car company etc. They provide wide knowledge, experience, and information to the students. Then the students submit their reports with the help of information gained.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like HCL and Infosys, etc visited the college and made placements. 70% of the students are placed in good jobs with a good package of 500000 per annum. My plan is to do an MBA after B.Com.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many types of scholarships available in the college. As I got a very good percentage in my 12th, without even asking they gave me a scholarship of up to 15,000 reduction in my college fees.

Campus Life

Ngp fest in the days of the odd semester is always the student's favorite. There are n number of books and journals in the library. Also, the management keeps on changing the journals up to date. In the classroom, there are smart boards for the betterment of the students. Different types of sports are also available, like basketball, kho-kho, cricket, chess, carom, etc. There are clubs like music club, dance club, Yuva club, commerce club, eco club, sports club, etc.

Admission

I took Bcom as my UG course, The eligibility of the course was 12th marks above 65%. After receiving my 12th marks I came to the college for admission, and they asked me to fill out the application form in online. To fill in the form they provided me with the needed facilities like a computer and Internet. There was a good welcome for the students by the college.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.
