Likes

Hospital facilities and patients load are too good to learn skills. The acedmics are also very good.
There is more focus on clinical aspect and exposure. Rather than just mugging up the things for the sake of exams.

Dislikes

I don't like the infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to do BDS from a reputed college. GDCH nagpur has nrif ranking 9. It has all the modern facilities required for students. The teacher-student ratio is good. The campus is very vast. Everything is present within the campus itself. The faculty is strict here in terms of studies, attendance, practicals and exams. Everything happens on time. There is a schedule which everyone follows here.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There is a one-year compulsory rotatory internship. The internship is paid. The exposure we get here is great. We deal with many types of cases. We are given full freedom to operate on the patients under the complete guidance of PG residents and professors.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the state students are very low. But for the All India quota students, it is too much. It is around 1lac,5 thousand. And also there is no scholarship provided by a college or university. I think fees should be less as it is a government institute.

Campus Life

The Library is good. It is occupied with all the books required for students. The classrooms are too small and not so good. I think they should rebuild the classrooms and auditorium. Sports facilities are there on the campus but it is not that great. The groups are there on campus but not too much.

Admission

We need to take the NEET exam to be admitted to this college. The cut-off of the college varies from year to year. It depends on the Neet cut-off and the competition which is increasing every year. If you belong to the Maharashtra state quota you can apply for this college through state quota counselling or All India. if you are from some other state. After the college is allotted to you. you have to report to the college with original documents within the period given to you by MCC. The admission process is easy it's just you need to have all the required documents with their photocopy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Dentistry is a practical oriented feild that's what influenced me the most. Once your practical skills are well developed you can earn in lakhs. The course so far as provided me with equal opportunities to expose myself to clinical and research work. The internal exams are conducted twice a year with a gap of 2 months and they also conduct a prelim exam 2 months before the main university exam. The course should focus a little bit on the mental health of the students that's the only improvement I would suggest. The exam frequency is good and the difficulty level is high which is understandable because you are preparing to be a doctor.

Eligibility of the course is you can be dentist, medical superviser, and you also do master degree after this course. It is course of total 5 years (4 years study and 1 year internship). we Need to apply online first by selecting collages and courses. There is several rounds on datd to date. in each round result publishes on website. Result will show you are eligible for which which collages. You need to choose from those collages and apply offline in collage with ssc, hsc, neet marksheet with enrollment number, l.c. and if you availed any quota you need caste certificate Too. There is basic details you need to fill in collage you choosed. There is 10-15% seats are reserved for sc/st/obc. This is the best collage

I have applied in goverment home science collage of hoshangabad and because of lockdown i am not able to attend collage . No i have not availed any quota for addmision .bcz i didnt get any quota by which i can take addmision in collage and do my study and these collage fees are very light . There is no further limit in this programe , you can take addmision in this programe with 40 % percentage marks . The addmision proccees was very good and i have did not face any problem ,first online regestration has to be done and fees have to paid then document verification has to be done by goind to collage and then a list comes to online which the saletion list if our name is in the list then i got addmision in collage by giving photo copy of our documents and giviling transfer certificate and i got addmision in my favourite collage and i am very happy .i love this collage ....Read More
