A Brief Take on VIT-AP

I have always wanted to study CSE since I was a little kid. The Faculty: Student Ratio is quite nice actually. Most of the teachers are good except a few but overall, I'd say they are nice. I'd say the faculty is not exactly underqualified but not overqualified either, they are just qualified. The Term exams would take place 1 month after joining and then 1 month after the first exam and finally 2 months after the second exam. Overall, 3 exams are held in one semester. As for the difficulty, most of the questions are application-based so if a student studies properly and has a clear grasp of any concept then he/she can easily pass the exams.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th Semester onwards. Companies like Intel, Wipro, etc. visit our campus and more than 100 offers are made. Almost every student gets placement after their graduation but the Package varies from student to student due to differences in skill levels. I plan to become a professional game developer after getting my degree.

The fees are very nice for a private college and the facilities that they provide us inside the campus are truly worth the fees(At least that's what I truly feel). There are ample amounts of opportunities on campus ranging from Scholarships to Internships to Campus Jobs.

The campus culture is very nice and warm here. Lots of Fests and Events including Sports Events are conducted almost every single month. Many books and journals are available in the library as well. There are tons of clubs and chapters as well.

Hostel Facility is nice. Our Warden is nice. It's just that sometimes, some things like the A.C. stop working for a few seconds and other minor inconveniences like the Fire Alarm going off on its own occur. Other than that, Hostel Facilities are very nice! The mess food is yummy and delicious as well.

Reservation Benefits I did not avail so I don't know Everything is fine so far but it'd be better if the eligibility was completely on merit basis and the management quota was removed.
