Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have chosen BA because it's interesting and it's the best course to study. There are a total of 38 college faculty in our college and a total of around 550 students in our college. The qualification of our college faculty is very high like B.ed and M.ed, They also have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. The teaching methods of our faculty are quite good and understanding. Monthly once we have mock tests and 6 months once we'll have term exams. They are conducted in a strict manner. The exams will be very tough to score.

Fees and Financial Aid

In Basudev Somani College the fees for a BA is very less and it is very easy to afford for a poor student like me. I think this is the best part because many poor students like me can pay the fees and get an education. There is no scholarship in my college that will assist the poor or backward students financially.

Campus Life

5

My life on the college campus is very peaceful. Our college conducts its annual day in the month of December, it will be conducted very grandly. In our college library, we'll get all the books regarding the subject and we'll get monthly as well as weekly journals to study. Our college supports students in sports and extracurricular activities, I'm lucky for it. Our college has its social group which is meant for the purpose of helping the people who is pinned.

Admission

In Basudev Somani College I filled out my application and then the principal asked some questions after that I gave some of my documents like Aadhar, caste income certificate, etc. There was no entrance exam for me. The application fee was 100 Rs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

- curriculum specially for BA is not like how you see in other universities it's a comprehensive curriculum where your also studying subject like AI learning, data analysis, regional languages and so much more it is a comprehensive course which is not only focusing on your major but also on an overall development of you as a student.. - well we are not only getting in-class lectures but we also have a internal component of internship every year which helps us get an experience of real world situations and job market. -There is one course called numbers we have that could be improved it basically talks about mathematical in economic applications numerical implications particularly which has not been given more thought on it could be more elaborated and structured well. - frequency is high and difficulty is moderate usually.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

Remarks:

I liked the course provided by this college. The subjects are different for every semester and the aura is splendid. This college provides a very good faculty which not only is good at keeping up with academics, but also is great in keeping a good rapport with their students. There is a whole variety of extra curricular activities which brings out the core personality of every student. I for a fact, had stage fear. But after I chose MIC, I really started getting over it.
