Course Curriculum Overview

I chose mechanical out of my passion for the branch. There is a healthy student-teacher ratio which is one of the notable features that have allowed the college to get Naac Accreditation with Grade B. Furthermore our department has a large number of faculty members who have Ph.D. to their name. I would especially mention Mr. Nagaraju Sir who is an associate professor now. He was one of the best faculties in our department. The faculty are also highly qualified. The exams i.e. the mids were set to test our practical approach along with a good deal of emphasis on theory. In short, the exams were not necessarily easy and made us work to earn our marks.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Aylin Technologies offered an internship on Catia modelling which included tasks like modelling of 3D models like aeroplane turbines (Aerofoil shapes) and modelling of interiors and exteriors and also intricate details like internal combustion engine parts etc.

Placement Experience

We can get placed right from 3-2 of our B.Tech with companies like TCS, Wipro, and Hyundai to name a few with a minimum package of 3.2 lakhs per annum. The highest being 7.7 lakhs by TCS. Around 60 percent of students are placed. I am currently employed with the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers Bachelor's courses for a tuition fee of around 60000 per year and master's for about 50000 for students admitted through eamcet. However fee is much higher for Category B students. I did not get any scholarship or placement myself while on campus.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is Ignition. The library has a wide range of books and journals to refer to. We have a good number of digital classrooms. Our department has a special emphasis on sports and extracurricular activities. The student association is named AMEA (Anits Mechanical Engineers Association).

Admission

I got into the college based on my academic rank and chose mechanical as I was very passionate about the course. We can find the application fee, fee structure, and other details on the website. We can directly type anits in Google to open up the official website. Although I did not avail any reservation benefits myself, reservation benefits are available for a wide range of categories.

Good infrastructure and good opportunities

Placement Experience:

From 5 semister students are eligible for placements. Total 115 companies are visited and 1300+ offers are provided for various sectors. Highest package was 60lpa and average package was 6lpa. Recently Infosys hired 24lpa for 4 students. 85% students are getting placements. My plans after degree is to be employed person

Placement Experience:

The placements In our college is good. From 6th sesemster, the students are eligible for placements and number of companies visited our campus including software and hardware. The avaerage package ranging from 4-7 and highest package for now is 50 LPA. Mostly 85 percent of the students got placed. College providing M.Tech falicities after B.Tech in college itself.

balanced college life with good learning opportunities

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester.companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro,Accenture, and Congnizant visit the campus regularly and offer jobs for software and support roles, the average package is around 3 to 5 lpa, while the highest package depends on the company and student skills. A good percentage of students get placed every year with proper training support from the placement cell. After completing my degree, i plan to get good software job and improve my technical skills further

From Classrooms to Careers: My Experience with Campus Life, Internships & Placements

I applied for other private colleges like Gayatri vidya parisad and Raghu Engineering College, but chose ANITS as it had better reputation, location near my hometown and good faculty for AI-ML. I got admission through AP EAMCET counselling with a 50,000 rank under ST category. The cutoff for SC in AI-ML was around 35,000.
