Remarks

In overall aspect,I should mention that this college has best environment to mould our future. I will surely recommend this institution to all my friends.

Entrance Preview

I landed in this college after appearing for JEE MAINS exam. As my scores were too low so I didn't get good college. Before coming here I was called for a counselling session.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course content is derived from the prescribed Syllabus of RGPV which is central university here. As we are in the Mechanical department so most of our course content is based on practical learning.

Internships Opportunities

Training session are organised as none of the internship programs I had got till now. The stipend they pay is quite low and also the selection procedure is too tough.

Placement Experience

Placements are there but the package they offer is too low. Students go for higher studies. The average package is around 2.7 lacs here.

College Events

Many technical programs and culturals are organised here in our college.The last event Sahastra was very much nice.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is affordable. Approximately we do a payment of something 75 thousands for each of the Semester including our examination fee and transportation fee.

Scholarships are provided on the basis of merits.

Campus Life

Many programs are organised regularly. Celebrity meets, DJ Nights, Annual Functions etc are some of them.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel accommodation is there but not much students opt for it.

Alumni/Alumna

The graduates from here are sometimes called on various seminars for interaction sessions.

Exam Structure

Exams just makes our schedule hectic. The Syllabus use to be too much.

Faculty

The faculty members are very much experienced. They act quite interactive and friendly during the class hours. Their qualification is not sure to me but I think they would be having optimum qualification.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I did not apply in any other colleges i directly take the admission in this college. The admission process for my college is you don't have to clear any gd or pi you just have to take the jee mains exam and if your score is good then you can take the branch you want, although you can also take admission in this without giving the jee mains for that you have good percentage in you 12 standards if you have this then you can take a good branch.if you score 85 percentile in jee mains then you don't have to pay your semester fees is free basically....Read More
