Good campus Life, average students, with good accommodation

The course curriculum is outdated. Architecture course requires fast updates as with the growing architecture industry. The faculties are good. It comprises both experienced and newly joined faculties. Theory classes are generally taught with presentations with very few site visits. Term exams happen semester and one can pass them easily with a few weeks of study.

The internship cell is there for an internship in an Architectural firm but you require some experience before going for an internship. Internship is mandatory for students in the eighth semester of college. You can also approach firms directly for the internship.

Since I am in architecture placements are not that much but Architecture is a field where students after passing out start their own firms. After getting the degree one can either join firms or start their own firm. Also many change their career path and choose related careers.

Fees for each semester are somewhere near 50,000 and they increase slightly with each year. Scholarships are provided in the first year on the basis of marks scored in 12th. Other scholarships are also available based on the student's performance for which one can consult the scholarship office of the university.

Campus Life is amazing. Infrastructure is at par with the global standards. some or the other events happen over the year. The campus is vibrant with diverse students. An annual fest named Dhoom is organised every year which gives a chance for students to showcase their talents. Technical event cell is there in the university which organises events regularly. Also, intercollege events take place which gives an opportunity for students to engage with other students from different departments.

Hostel facilities are good. There are different hostels like Milkha bhawan, Tagore bhawan, Atal bhawan, kalpana bhawan etc. Mess food is average but there are other options in the campus like subway, size zero, Tea post for food. Other than hostel one can find lot of PGs and flat near campus or in the city area like vrundavan and Uma.

Admission is based on the Nata score and class 12th marks. An application form is there on the website of the university. The fee for the application is 500. Reservation is not there but fees are less for the reserved category.
