Miss my college days. Yeah everyone have some management’s issues. Our college run under trust. So we have one engineering college and them architecture. We have different campus but somehow we have to deal with that badly.

Yeah the curriculum. And exam structure are really worked well. We have different teaching techniques. It’s not like a feeding spoon. We have to understand the space, need of program, users need. Materials etc. Based on we design. During college we visited so many industries, places.

We don’t have campus placement, in architecture it depends on firms. So we have to apply in different offices and will get response based on our work interset and their need. After graduation many of us went into their family business. Some of them started another business related with designs so rarely 50% of us sticked with the architecture because its hard to survive.

Architecture is related to culture so we celebrated all the festivals. There are so many events celebrated in my college. So we have a student body who manage all this event throughout the year. Main members are from the final year and they passed it to the new member. We celebrated Navratri, Ganesha, Republic day, Independence day, faculty food festival, holi, yoga day, then we have “melange” its our main festival. We invite architects, or someone from designing field or very experienced who can talk about architecture and their field. So we have music events, guest speakers, sponsors presentation, workshops, on the spot games, cultural night, traditional night, etc.

In my time its very feasible. 30, 000/- per semester. Exam fees around 150-200. Library deposit. Internet fees. Gym fees we have paid but there is no gym. There is no any fee breakdown in my college. No there is not any thing like that that you oaid in advance for your seat.

Yes my college offer scholrships but I have ko idea about it. Mostly 10% only who got scholarship. I never tried for that.

Gender ratio is almost 50-50 Very well designed campus, and surrounding was so natural. No harassment We believe in equality. No politics in my college There is nothing like religion tolerance in my college. We stay there like a family. We used to do lunch together.

We have rented one house. Its 2 bhk tenement. House rent is 6000. Electricity and maid 2000. 4 people staying. So per person its around 2000. Its far from our college. Because my college is in outskirts of the city.

We have alumni network but we are reworking on that. We have very great experience with our senior because during semester we need many suggestion on our design and all time Faculty was not answerable or we don’t dare to ask them so we discuss our design with seniors. So we have very well relation with them. With some of them I have family relations.

We have to give a exam “NATA”. Its a aptitude taste for taking admission in architecture. Then we get a merit number based on that we have to select colleges from the list. I have selected ipsa because of, Campus environment, Fees scale And education system.

We have 7-9 subject in one semester. And we have 8-10 permanent faculty and 6-7 visiting. Average age is 35. Some of them are very experienced. They are very clear in whatever they teach. Most of them have their own way of teaching. Even we play many games with faculty, we had lunch together. So we have very family kind of relations.
