Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the courses and curriculum are smoothly managed by faculties. Our faculty and students always create a friendly and good environment as a residential college, It's a good environment. The faculty members are well qualified and pursued their degrees from well know institutes all over Odisha. As this college is under BPUT till now and is nearly about semi-government college the academic is getting better year by year and new upcoming students can look for it.

Internships Opportunities

From second here you have to start internships, That's most probably because timings are separated by all branch/departments here. Internship company like NPTL and some well know the company offers as there are collaborations with college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are not much than 30,000-35000 per year, Which is affordable. And there's an opportunity for various scholarships which can be applied with some specific category and qualifications. The main website is the Odisha scholarship portal which provides most of the available scholarship programs.

Campus Life

Our campus life is full of activities, divided with respect to branch-wise. All branch fests are awesome to witness and I'm glad I was one part of those. The main program and most among students is our college fest which is well known as Exuberance. No one can miss this event where some famous celebrities came.

Admission through jee mains and ojee exams. Counselling is through ojee. reservation quota not available for obc. twf seats are available for prominent rank holders in all branches. scholarships are also available

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
