I choose to be a part of cse branch because it is what I most resonate with and wanted to be an engineer the student-faculty ratio is 1 to 15 and our teachers are highly qualified with PhD degrees and we have two semesters per year.

After 6th semester our college students become eligible for placement and then they sit for it then companies like ibm, Amazon, apmosys, tcs, and Wipro visit our campus, this yr highest package is 18 lpa and 70 per cent of students get their placement, I want to do pg after college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the govt college are a pretty reasonable price for the quality education we are provided with. But there are also various financial bits of help that could be available to students like post-matriculation scholarship

Campus Life

The annual fest of our college is called Exuberance the fest was not conducted the previous 2 years because of covid but this yr it was conducted with many celebrities as a part of it. we have a central Library of 3 floors being constructed. we have classrooms with smart boards. we have annual sports intercollegiate sports fest known as Shaurya and arena which is a simple inter-branch fest. we have various clubs for robotics, coding, dance, drama, literature, music etc.

Hostel Facilities

In total we have 5 hostels in our campus and 1 outside 3 for boys and 2 for girls the rooms are shared by two students at a time.the fees of the college hostel is very reasonable and if you don't want to live in hostel then there pgs available near college

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

We gave jee mains exam and according to our rank, we selected the branch in the college then there were reservations for the students of the reserved category and then we visited our college and had our admission done physically.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
