A Brief Environment of College Campus

I have chose this course because I had Interest in the particular field and this field has a good scope in future The faculty of the university/college is very nice and cooperative.The ratio of student and faculty is around 100:2 that means for 100 students 2 teachers are available. So the faculty is also good The qualification of the faculty is very impressive.All the faculty members have PhD or doctorate level degree. The exams are held timely nor early neither lately. The exams are conducted in a time period that the students have enough time to complete their course and prepare themselves.The exams are sometimes moderate and sometimes easy but generally moderate. Around 80-85% of the students are capable to pass the test.

There are mainly private companies which look forward to offer internships to quality students. Some of the companies are Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Lenskart,HDFC and other companies.They offer roles of Sales executive, Research analyst,Finance manager,Web Developing, Human Resource,Data operator and etc.The stipends range between 20k to 100k monthly. Sometimes companies seek Young minds as an intern and hire them for big projects which requires modern skills and technologies. For example :- A startup was formed by the students called Reinovate which focuses on recycling waste in useful commodity.

The fees structure of the college is also very good because all types of students can afford the fees but sometimes maintenance allowance fees or fees for some additional or vocational course is taken which sometimes is usually pretty high. Apart from this the campus provides remedies for students in form of scholarships through which they can get financial help. Various scholarships are awarded for diffrent kind of students according to eligiblity and other norms and conditions. I got Post matric scholarship in my campus which was rewarded to Sc/ St category students.

The annual fest and tech fest in my campus are not conducted very regularly. They are conducted for a short period but after long period of time generally after 4.5 -5 months. Annual fest are conducted during the new session or ending session period usually April-May or December- February. The books are available for all course students in the library department.But sometimes the new students face problems because the seniors did not return the books and sometimes the books are not available in time by the campus. The Campus have immense value for the Sports and extra curricular activities.campus have a big play ground for various sport players.Students represent the campus in state, Nainital and even International level. Their are various groups and associations of students in the college.They are mainly groups of senior and passout students which help juniors and other activities in the campus.All of them work for the betterment of the campus.for example:-ABVP, NSS, NSUI etc.

The course I applied for my Graduation was for Bcom Hons from the Delhi University. The eligibility criteria for this course is to get a minimum percentage of 75% in their class 12 board exams. The application form can be filled from the official website of Delhi University.Application forms are available during the time period of June -July after the results of class 12 have been declared. The admission process allows some reservation benefits to Sc/st /obc/ews/ PWD and other candidates.for example:- the cut off marks to get in entrance exam would be low for the mentioned categories.I have also got this benefit As I belong to Sc category. Some improvement I want to see in the admission process:- 1. The eligibility criteria should be equal for everyone for example some general candidate students have to acquire a certain no. Of marks in their 12 board exams then only they could get admission or give entrance exam. So the qualification should be equal. 2.Some allowances should be given
